Excellent job.  Dan power washed deck then came back out in 3 days to stain and seal.  Looks fantastic.  Even helped with moving patio furniture off of deck.  I will definately use Dan again.

I have used this company three times. The first time was approximately 4 years ago and they did a great job. I called last year and Dan came out and was very professional, however the crew he sent was terrible. They totally botched the job - uneven staining, missed spots, stain on siding and windows. I called Dan to complain and he came out and fixed the issues. This year I noticed the stain chipping off in rather large ares. I know it was a hard winter, but the first stain lasted several years!. I emailed Dan to inquire if the chipping was due to weather or poor workmanship. He explained it could have been both, but would come back out the first of May to evaluate. He said there would be no charge due to the previous crew's mistakes - all of them were let go. Dan emailed me several times to arrange appointment, came out on a Tuesday to powerwash, and on Thursday to stain. He did the job himself, apologized for the inconvenience, and deck looks great. I would recommend his company.

I called Deck Rescue to give me an estimate on the work I needed on my decks and initially Dan asked me to take multiple pictures of the decks, send them to him, and then he was able to email me an estimate based on the photos.  I found this to be very time efficient.   When I said I wanted the work done, he told me a date when they would get working on it and they performed the work right on time.  The decks look fantastic.  Dan was extremely professional and courteous in all of our interactions.  I would definitely hire them again.

DECK RESCUE ROCKS!!!! Both Dan and his sister Amy were nothing but professional from start to finish and did a superb job on my deck.  Dan was honest about what needed to be done to bring my deck back to life and exceeded my expectations.  I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have their deck done right.  Last year when they failed to return my call I contacted another company to powerwash and stain my deck.  When they told me that the deck needed to be stripped in order to remove the ugly yellow paint that was put on in 2004 I told them to hold off until Spring.
In the meantime, Amy Eisner contacted me to let me know that they were closed for the season and apologized profusely for not being around to return my call.  She explained to me how she and her brother Dan had taken over the family business after the passing of their dad and how they were striving to make him proud in the midst of so many challenges.  I really appreciated her genuine spirit and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and decided that when I did have the deck finished in the Spring I'd go with their company, Deck Rescue. 
Well Amy took customer satisfaction to a new level and did the unspeakable.  She insisted on taking care of my deck FREE OF CHARGE as soon as they opened again for the Spring and true to their word, as soon as they re-opened for business, her brother Dan contacted me to let me know he'd be out to take another look at my deck and would get it power washed and re-painted as soon as the weather permitted.
Dan kept his promise and I was finally able to come home to a beautiful deck. 
You won't deal with people with greater integrity than Deck Rescue and highly recommend them.

The guy came out, did a lot of survey and told me what they would do.  The only thing that didn't happen was that they said they would power wash the patio too but they didn't do it.  It was really not a good thing but I think I should have had it in writing.   Everything else went fine, they finished on time and the outcome is excellent on the deck.

The service was okay. I really wasn't happy with the results that I got from them. They originally came out and stripped and stained the deck. They did it really late in the fall, and when spring came around the stain treatment hadn't taken very well. Three months later they came back out and basically did it all over again. It's held up a little better this time but I think they could have done a better job than they did. Their customer service was okay for what it is. You're basically calling in to a voicemail and they eventually return your call. It's not like you're calling in to a live person. Their price was comparable to others and I was pleased with that. However, I would probably not use them again.

The job went extremely well. The profile of my house was improved 100%. Ron's crew was on time, did great work, and they always put in a solid day. I live by myself, and it was important to feel comfortable with having people in and out of my house for three weeks. Ron's crew was definitely pleasant and not intrusive. I highly recommend Ron and his team.

Ron is a consummate professional, extremely personable and very communicative, low key in his approach and very comfortable to work with. Ron responded immediately to our expression of interest in a quote with a timely return of our initial voice mail message and an immediate appointment at our convenience. He was conscientious every step of the way and his level of communication couldn't have been better. At each step in the process, he kept us informed. His price quote was very reasonable, and then he did much, much more with our deck in terms of extras including helping with caps for our deck posts. Throughout the entire process, he was totally reliable and communicative, and we could not be more pleased.

They performed an excellent job restoring my deck. They replied to my inquiries in a timely manner, and performed excellent work. I will definitely use them in the future.

They completed the job within weeks of our initial quote (as discussed). Within a week, they power washed, painted and repaired the deck. We are looking forward to enjoying it once the weather cooperates.

They did a good job. It did take a long time to get them out here and get phone calls returned, but they did an excellent job. I am really happy with the work they did. They were very polite and I would definitely use them again. I didn't have any drips around my house. I would recommend them to other people, but they would have to get in line.

It went very well and I couldn't be more pleased. I called to get an estimate seeing the company on Angie's List and I was referred to a different franchise in the Columbus market. Ron promptly returned after I left a message stating I'd like an estimate. He came out the next day to take measurements and provided a written estimate. I called him the next week to schedule to have the work done and he told me they would have the deck complete by the end of the month (April) and would be in touch with me depending on weather. Ron called the night before they were scheduled to start the job. Two young men (Dan is Ron's son) came to the house and power washed and cleaned the deck. It sat for a couple of days to dry out. They came in two shifts because we asked for a two tone deck, Pine Cone brown on the floor boards and white on the rails. After applying the brown we had a few days to wait due to April rain, but they came the very next day it was dry to complete the white rails. I am very pleased with the outcome and will have Deck Rescue return in a couple of years when we have to complete this project again. I have the best looking deck in the neighborhood!
