THE PAINT ON THE HOUSE SEEMS TO BE HOLDING UP WELL. HOWEVER THE PAINT ON BOTH DECKS IS WEARING OFF. WE THINK HE USED THE WRONG KIND OF PAINT. WE HAVE CALLED AND WRITTEN LETTERS BUT HIS PROMISES TO REDO IT HAVE NEVER BEEN FULFILLED. WE WANT TO SELL OUR HOUSE BUT WE CAN'T WHILE THE DECKS ARE IN SUCH BAD SHAPE.

MR. LOWE KEPT ME INFORMED DURING THE TIME HE PAINTED THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. HE EVEN MADE A POINT TO CHECK IN WITH ME WHEN HE COULDN'T COME DUE TO BAD WEATHER.
