Things went very well. What stood out the most was his promptness. He came in and left just fine. The work was fine. He also got me in at the last minute.

I found Mr. Stang's information on Angie's List and called him because of his close proximity to our house. I needed our piano tuned at the eleventh hour before Christmas because I knew it would get a lot of play that week.
He was able to schedule me right away. He was very professional, courteous, and focused on his work.
Although the tuning took a little longer than estimated (our piano was REALLY a mess!) and he performed the extra work of adjusting some keys that were sticking against the case, his price remained the same.

My mother has a piano approximately 475 miles from my sister, and they are discussing whether or not it would be worth it for my sister to move the piano or buy a new one.
I contacted Mr. Stang because I couldn't think of another profession that would know what to consider. For what I consider a very fair price, he gave me advice on what we should look for on the piano in question.
I appreciated his professionalism and his willingness to help with this.

He likes total quiet. I had to come up from my basement workshop when he called me up. The problem was my son playing the drums. No big deal, but he could have explained what environment he needed to begin with. I had told him the piano had not been tuned before.
