Very Poor service , Be cautious

They did a good job. I have a sprawling house. Their pricing was fair. They were quick and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They were very responsive. They were out here real quick. They would be here first thing in the morning and would work till late afternoon.

They did a nice job but the scheduling was bad. The quality was excellent. They did not show up thrice but they called and informed me only once.

The crew pressure washed the first day. They started on the trim the next day while we worked on a color for the stucco. It rained the third day The crew leader (Richard) called to let us know they would not paint that day and would be back that following Monday. The next three days were long days for the crew, any thing we wanted changed was taken care of with no issues. The crew cared about their work and wanted us to be pleased with it also.

Great response from the sales staff; they came out quickly to provide an estimate and went into great detail regarding the work they would perform. The work was subcontracted to Cliff Browning and his crew. Cliff called us to setup the schedule for the work and he closely monitored the weather due to ensure that the painting would be done when it was dry. Cliff and his crew did an amazing job. They performed the majority of the work in one day and came back a couple days later to finish and perform the final touch-ups. He didn't want to leave until we were 100% satisified with the job they did. He even gave me his cell phone number to call if we spotted any issues after the job was complete. Cliff did everything in his power to ensure that we were pleased with the work they performed.

We got the estimate which beat all other prices we were quoted (we got 4), so we selected to use Dave's painting. We picked out the colors and called the receptionist to tell them our choices. When we got the estimate we were not told that if we chose more than 3 colors that we would be charged more. Since this wasn't told to use at the time of the estimate, we met in the middle of the price. We were on the schedule, and after the first day about half the house was painted the wrong color. This was due to some miscommunication from the receptionist and the painters. They corrected this immediately the next day without question. Overall the time it took was a little longer as expected, as there was 1 day the crew didn't show up and another day where they left half way through. They did an excellent job on the work!

Overall, it went well. I wasn't as happy with the stained door as I was with the exterior one. We had replaced a door and we wanted it stained the same color as it was before, which it was, but the finish on the door was not as good of quality as the other doors. I don't think their experience was in that line of work.

Came on time, finished on time, cleaned-up, and were responsive to requests.

The first painters showed up late, painted for about three hours and then left to get a ladder. They never returned. I called the office and was told a new crew would be assigned. The new crew leader came by within a day to check the work details. The next day the new crew started in the morning and was done by the end of the day. I was very happy and relieved to have the job completed. The crew leader requested the payment and a completed customer survey. At this point I was satisfied with the job and provided both the payment and a mostly favorable survey. The next day, I noticed uneven painting around the garage door where the first painters had applied duct tape. I called the office to request a touch up, and was assured that this would be done and to leave the leftover paint outside the door since I would not be home. They never showed up.

I am very happy with the final results. There were some minor problems with the scheduling and the office manager tried to convince us that the house had been power washed when it had not. The painters were professional and neat. The job took 2 days to complete. We solicited several estimates which were all around $5000. Dave was running a special and our job cost $2800. I was going to do the job myself if $5000 was the best we could do. Dave's price clinched the job for him. They applied two coats, painted the trim and gutters, and even painted the cobra vents on the roof peaks. I forgot to get our awning put in to the contract. When the main job was complete I asked about the awning. They painted it for a small additional charge. It was worth it. I would recommend this company.
