I called to get an estimate. Due to the recent storm, I was told it would be two weeks before anyone could come out. No problem, but after three weeks I called to inquire when someone may be coming. Never received even a courtesy return call. I understand that things must be crazy busy for them right now, but I could be understanding about any constraints except being ignored. One day you will not be busy and bad karma now will come back on you!

Don was pretty quick about getting out to come out and give me an estimate. His estimate was lowest of all my bids but he was recommended by several friends and was contracted to re-roof our church so I felt pretty comfortable with the work that he would do for the price he gave me. He had the shingles delivered one day and said he would be back the next day to install them. He called back to see if he could place his trash trailer in another location in addition to where we first discussed. I agreed but he did not come the next day and never called. I called him the following day and his wife had him call me. He said he had to finish the previous job first. He finally came a couple of days later due to weather delays and completed the job. His crew was very courteous and very efficient. They told me they did not think they would be able to complete the job in a day but were able to do so after all. They did a good job of cleaning up. I only found a few pieces of shingles and nails and they generally had fallen under bushes and were hard to find. I have not had any problem since the installation a month ago.

TOOK A WEEK TO CALL BACK, BUT CAME THE DAY AFTER CALLING. WILL USE AGAIN. POINTED OUT CONCRETE WORK THAT NEEDS DONE. THEY DID NOT RECOMMEND OTHER COMPANIES FOR THE WORK AND WOULD NOT DO IT THEMSELVES.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY HONEST AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.

GOOD CLEAN UP, THEY FINISHED EARLY.
