D & E HOME INSPECTION

Bill arrived on time and was very personable and communicated what he was going to do before he began.  He took the time to explain the process and go over details before starting.  He obviously had a routine on where to start and how proceed.  The house was built in 2005 and we did not expect any surprises, however, Bill was still very thorough.  He went into the attic space, on the roof, and was not bothered by an questions and encouraged feedback and personal observation of what he saw.
Unfortunately the deal on the house fell through on other issues, but I hope to schedule Bill again for my next inspection.
The termite inspection was nothing more than paying attention to bug/termite indicators while doing the normal home inspection. To be honest I don't see why they just include this in the base cost instead of considering it an add on.

The entire experience was exceptional. Theresa in the office was prompt in returning my call and courteous in scheduling the appointment. Bill and Shad were on time for the inspection and spent over two hours checking everything we could think of and many things that never occurred to us. They were extremely thorough and very friendly, and they had a terrific sense of humor! Their price was right in line with other places we checked.

BILL AND SHAD WERE VERY THOROUGH ON THEIR INSPECTION. VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR PROFESSION. WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE EITHER BUYING OR SELLING A HOME.

THE INSPECTOR WAS GREAT. HE ARRIVED EARLY AND REALLY WALKED US THROUGH THE ENTIRE HOME. HE WAS HELPFUL AND TALKED TO US ABOUT MANY DIFFERENT THINGS. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME NEEDING A HOME INSPECTION TO PURCHASE A HOME AND I REALLY FEEL LIKE HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE US AWARE OF THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND POINTED OUT MANY THINGS. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

SHAD AND BILL INSPECTED THE HOME WE ARE BUYING. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, WERE VERY GOOD NATURED, PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. THE INSPECTION REPORT IS EASY TO READ. GAVE US A $50 DISCOUNT SINCE WE PAID IN CASH!
