It was a good experience from start to finish.  They arrived on time, they did a good job, and they cleaned up very well after finishing the work.  In fact, you'd never know that they had been here because they had done such a good job of cleaning up after themselves.  I also appreciated that they were fully prepared with a cherry picker because some of the trees were quite high and were very close to some wires.

Timely. Showed when scheduled. Completed the job. Piled the wood we requested for fire wood. Ground the stump and left the area for the tree removed level with the ground and filled with the stump mulch. Debris removed.

Ron initially came out and gave me an estimate. He shared his opinions about the work that needed to be done and understood that I wanted to save the tree that needed to be cut. He prioritized the work given my needs as dictated by my insurance company.



The crew that came out to do the work was a great group of guys. Antonio was the crew leader and worked as hard as his crew. Safety was paramount to them and the job was professionally and efficiently completed. This was one hard working crew! They even tried to make the pine tree look pretty after topping it. I am very pleased with the work and the clean up.



Fair price, great work, completed as promised! I could not ask for more.

I called two other tree services to report that a large lead had broken on my Bradford pear tree and was lying across the phone line, electric line, and a smaller tree. No one had gotten back with me by 5:00 pm. I called Daniel Tree Service at 5:30 pm. Mr. Daniel answered the phone. He said he would be out first thing in the morning and call me by 9:00 am, which he did. He quoted me a fair price and did the work the same day. They cleaned up well. He also gave me additional information about removing the rest of the tree in the fall.

No problems, although I believe they said they would call first, but they just showed up. They removed a stack of small branches that we already had piled up before they arrived. The workers were very pleasant and reviewed with us what they were going to do.

It went very well. I will certainly use them again.

The have done a superb job on my lawns and would recommend to anyone. They have a hard working and respectful crew. Great group of guys who does quality work and take pride in their work.

We have used them before. They are really professional. They cut down the trees, shredded on location. They cleaned up all the mess. Planted the news ones quickly. Two of the trees didn't make it because of the drought and they actually came back out and replaced them.

The pear tree they planted it in the front yard. They instructed us on how to care for it and if we had any questions to call them.

We have referred them to other people and they certainly take pride in their work.

Went extremely well. Took a while to get scheduled due to heavy work load, but couldn't be happier with job done. The crew of five managed to get the huge cherry picker between our neighbor's house and ours without damaging anything, though a shrub had to be temporary removed. Work proceeded quickly and efficiently. They were careful to keep branches from falling on house as they were removed and practiced safe procedures to assure that fellow workers were not hurt. The clean up was exceptional. They were friendly and truly professional, plus, the price was right. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Rob Daniel was great to work with.

Ron Daniel made a trip to my home to provide an estimate. When I called and left a message indicating that I'd like to proceed with the work, he returned my call within a reasonable time frame. Within the week his crew was at my home pruning and removing trees. The following week he returned with an employee to remove the stumps. The stump grinding machine tore up our grass in several places, but perhaps that is the norm and to be expected (?). All in all, I was pleased with my interaction with the company and their work. Ron provided a copy of his liability insurance and workers comp certificate and was willing to place in writing that the work would be completed by employees of his company (not subcontracted).

They were wonderful! The company responded quickly to my inquiry call. They were punctual in arriving to give the estimate and also in doing the actual work. I found them to be knowledgeable and willing to provide the service I wanted without trying to get me to do any more work. I would have them do the work for me again.

The tree was removed two days after my initial call. The company worked carefully and efficiently and cleaned up the area when they were finished.
As the tree was not large, the tree and stump removal took about 15 minutes to complete. When the work was finished,there was no evidence that a tree ever stood in that spot except for a small bare circle where the trailing vinca (periwinkle) ground cover that had surrounded the tree was missing.
The price was very reasonable. The quality of their work and their professionalism were outstanding.
I chose Daniel Tree Service because for several years, I have observed their skill and meticulous attention to detail when trimming and removing huge trees both at the complex where I live and at my church.

His price is very fair and he does a really good job. He doesn't do more than what we ask him to do. He gave me a call that day to say that he thought that something else needed to be done and if I was okay if he did it and I told him to go ahead. I was appreciative of that.

I called the company, left a message. The call was returned the next day and an appt. for an estimate was scheduled for the following day. Robert arrived on time! The estimate (written) included trimming 2 trees (very large silver maple and smaller magnolia). The maple needed extensive topping, the magnolia only needed pruning. The cost included ranking all the leaves, and hauling away debris. Daniel was able to do the work later that day. The work was completed as stated in estimate. The workers were very professional and nice. I plan to use the company again!!

Was there when the appointment was for - grinded up the 2 tree stumps - cleaned up the clippings and put the clippings in the mulch area

They did a fine job. ANy debris left behind, they cleaned up. If you need to follow up with any questions they are available.

I ended up being out of town for a funeral, so I wasn't home to watch. But they did the work and billed me a month later. Everything went very well.

Everything went fine with them. They did a good job and did what they had to. They cleaned up after themselves and we were very pleased with them. We would use them again in future.
