This company is great they are always on time, in and out and do a professional job. I would highly recommend them.

This company has provided lawn cutting services for my elderly aunt for the past 2 years. She needed to move from her home into assisted living this past May and had pre-paid her lawn cutting services for the 2011 season in February of this year - $600 for a very very small yard - and that was said to be a discounted rate. I contacted the company immediately when my aunts house sold to discontinue services (if they had started) and after 3 weeks of attempting to get a response back from them, I finally got a note and phone call in which the manager, Jason Fisher, assured me that he would most definitely prorate the payment and return a fair portion of her pre payment back to her. This promise was made back in early June. Since then I have phoned them and written them several times and though additional promises were made to return the deposit, nothing ever came back to her.
This is a very sad story in how a company can take advantage of a senior citizen living alone. My aunt has generouly supported this company's business over the past years and they have absolutely no problem keeping a deposit that quite frankly does not belong to them. I would advise any family to investigate thourouly before choosing this company. Unfortunately, my aunt is out $600.
