Mr. West provided an estimate within a day of my initial phone call, and the work was promptly scheduled within a week. He was prompt, supremely professional, efficient, and very organized and neat in his work. He had all the equipment and tools he needed (from dropcloths to ladders to water) and he efficiently cleaned up after the work. He was also, as he worked, very willing to answer my questions about the process of installing the film and he was diligent about making sure I understood the proper way to clean the windows following the installation. I found him to be a true craftsman.

FLOYD WAS VERY SKILLED IN APPLYING THE FILM THE HIGHEST PEAK OF THE WINDOWS IS 22'. HE WAS VERY NEAT IN BOTH APPEARANCE & IN CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS.
