Went well. On time.

I got a return call very quickly. They arrived within the time they said and did a very good job. Very professional! I would recommend them, and would use them again!

The two man crew arrived with in about 15 minutes of their scheduled time and were on site for about two hours. They ran three network drops in different rooms of the house back to a central point in our basement. The work was done efficiently and professionally. In one room they made use of an existing cable outlet and added the network outlet to the box and used an appropriate faceplate, looks very professional. Only had to point out where I wanted the drops put in, and talked briefly about appearances, and they did the rest. It looks great, and we have much better internet/media access throughout the house.

They arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional and very careful to not make a mess. They finished promptly and asked if everything was satisfactory. Overall a very painless process.

Work was done very professionally. Crew was very clean and made sure to work with employees to let them know the areas they would be drilling since this would make lots of noise.
Only issue was communication. Had to call them several times to find out when they would be there to work.

I found Custom Cabling on Angies List and called for an estimate to reconnect phone lines and get advice on how to run cable coax in a house without a basement or attic. The owner called me the next day and we discussed my situation and he said he would send out a technician in a couple of days. We spoke again to finalize the date and time. Butch came to the house and explained what he was doing and got all of the phone wires working and installed 3 new jacks. He then gave me solid advice on how the local cable company should run coax on the outside of the house. He was clean, professional and I would call Custom Cabling for future work.

After explaining the work with Rob during a phone conversation, and couple of e-mails, he showed up on scheduled time with his crew. After witnessing the complexity of my wires - internet, cable, and phone providers, he recommended to go with amplified patch panel (I had one from my cable company), which made sense to me and I had not explained to him in previous conversations. He gave me an updated quote, and upon approval ordered the equipment. When the equipment arrived, he schedule and promptly came in to complete the job. He and his team organized my wires (cable and Cat 5e) and did a tremendous job in making the place look clean and fabulous. They also helped locate and catalog the cables and cat5e terminating in each room - this was not something that we had agreed to do initially. I was very impressed by their work ethic, promptness, doing the right thing for customer's satisfaction and high quality of work. I strongly recommend their services to any one interested.

I think this was my best referral I got outside of Angie's list. That is why I am adding him. I did a ton of research and it took me a while to find him so I wanted to share. I called Rob and explained what I wanted done and asked his opinion. He started by asking me where I wanted jacks installed. I showed him and he started by running CAT 6 lines and cable to my second story. He labeled every line and then started downstairs. He repeated the same process and the end result was very nice. I know I am a unique case but for anyone needing any amount of lines run this is the guy. BTW he also does phone line and can combine them all in one box (which he did for me in some rooms eliminating another box in the wall.
