"How are we suppose to help this client if we have no access to their credit report? We spoke with the client and explained thoroughly the process to help. We had no information regarding the client except a phone number. So, when we asked for an email to send the information that we discussed she was reluctant. We hate leaving clients in the dark or confused since we go over a lot of details in the consultation. Therefore, with no email, we sent a brief overview in a text after we were given permission. We do a free credit analysis but in order to do so, we need clients to order their credit reports. We use a third party called Privacy Guard. In order for us to see the reports, we need the username, password, and the last four of their social security number to log in to Privacy Guard database to do a report. We do not know how else we could have better assisted this client if from the start our recommendations were not followed. We wish the client the best in their credit repair journey.
