The experience of the audit was wonderful. The technician (Ember) was really friendly and relaxed about the whole thing and was really helpful in directing us directly towards quick fixes. It took quite a while for the report to actually arrive, which was a little frustrating. When it did arrive, it was full of useful information and we are using it as our home-repair to-do list, which is great. It ranked repairs in terms of their cost/benefit and time to payoff, which is great. As a final point, the bill came from a different company name, which was confusing. At first I thought it was a scam and almost through it out!
