It took less than a week to convert the tapes to CD. The CDs looked professional and included all of the content from the tapes. They called as soon as the work was complete.

The staff is always very friendly and always completes the 1 hour processing on-time. If I ever have questions regarding the quality of my pictures they offer advice, or sometimes even look at my camera to see if there may be something wrong with it. They seem very knowledgeable. My entire family uses their services!
