The arrangement was ready on time for pick up and was the perfect size for the display which was difficult to predict.

I was assured that same day delivery was not a problem.  I asked for delivery confirmation.  At 4:30 I knew it was getting close to time for the business that was to receive them to be closing for the day - so I called the florist. I was told they attempted to deliver between noon and 1pm.  When the office was closed for lunch.
The delivery truck returned the balloons to the store.  The recipient was told to come pick them up.  The business is an HVAC company. The owner drives a pick up truck.  Where was he going to put 10 balloons and be able to drive safely?!
Oct 1 was the anniversary of the both year of business.  Not Friday. And not the balloons that had been blown up on Thursday delivered a day later.  I visited the office today, Saturday, Oct. 3.  All of the latex balloons were deflated and laying on the table, the mylar balloons said "thanks," "thank you for all you have done," and "congrats."  Are those appropriate messages for a 10 Year Anniversary?
I was offered a 10% discount.
What good is a 10% discount.  They have totally frustrated me, ruined my surprise gift, messed up delivery....
Never again.

Since the flower arrangement was worst I have ever seen - it did not matter that they did deliver the flowers on the correct day.

I asked the person who answered the phone what kind of arrangement I could get for $40. They said a very nice one and gave me some examples. I requested a bouquet the family could take home and asked that there be many yellow flowers in it since it was the deceased favorite color. no problem I was told. With delivery and taxes the bill was over $50. When I arrived at the funeral I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the arrangement. It looked like a Birthday Basket. It was very small, flowers did not look fresh and the only yellow flowers in the arrangement were 3 carnations that had not opened up yet. I was embarrassed and so disappointed. I could have gone to any grocery store and got a nicer arrangement for half the price and delivered it myself. I will not use this florist again.

Always do a very nice job. Flowers/plants are always fresh and look good and are always well arranged.

It went very well. The flowers were lovely and delivered on time. Sarah was wonderful to work with and she really helped us figure out what we really needed and what we could do without. She gave us advice that was right on and made sure that our flowers were beautifully done. The only unfortunate thing that happened was that the mother's bouquets were forgotten in the delivery of the bride/groom/attendants flower delivery that was made at the bride's parent's home where the photos before the ceremony were being taken. We called them and they brought the mother's bouquets in time for the photos. The next little problem is that the mother's bouquets weren't what we had ordered. They were very simple and pretty, though, and we decided to go with them at that point since time was running short. We didn't like that the mother's bouquets were a couple of long stemmed roses tied with a ribbon instead of a small bouquet similar to the bridesmaids.

When I lived in the Westerville area, I used Connells Maple Lee for years. Their arrangements are beautiful and very fresh. When I moved to Alexandria, OH I called them and asked if they delivered out here. I was assured they did. So when my husband wanted to send me flowers, he confidently used my favorite florist. Imagine our surprise when a different florist arrived with the arrangement. Granted, it was beautifully done, but I'm a BIG believer in calling the florist directly rather than paying another florist 10 or 15 dollars to wire an order for me! That's why I asked Connells if they delivered out here in the first place!!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE I RECEIVED. I WAS CALLING ON MY CELL PHONE, FROM SAN FRANCISCO, TO ORDER FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED TO A FRIEND WHO HAD JUST GIVEN BIRTH IN COLUMBUS. I GAVE THE REPRESENTATIVE A PRICE RANGE AND THEME AND SHE WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME. I ALSO RECEIVED AN E-MAIL AT HOME INDICATING THE TIME AND DATE THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. MY FRIEND REALLY ENJOYED THE FLOWERS AND I ENJOYED WORKING WITH CONNELL'S.

ARRANGEMENT WAS CHEAP. COULD HAVE PROBABLY BOUGHT THE SAME ARRANGEMENT AT A LOCAL GROCERY STORE FOR A LOT LESS!

THEIR FLOWERS ARE ALWAYS FIRST QUALITY, AND LAST EXTREMELY LONG. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM IN DELIVERY, THE OWNER WILL CALL YOU PERSONALLY TO ADVISE YOU.

THE FLOWERS WERE PROBABLY ABOUT WHAT I'D EXPECT FOR $40, BUT THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS MISLEADING IN HER DESCRIPTION OF THE FLOWERS MOM WOULD RECEIVE FOR THAT PRICE. MY GUESS IS SHE JUST TOOK ORDERS BY PHONE AND HAD NEVER SEEN A FLOWER IN HER LIFE. IN GENERAL, IT'S BEEN MY EXPERIENCE... AND I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY INSTINCTS IN THIS CASE... THAT IF YOU'RE HAVING FLOWERS SENT, IT'S A GOOD INVESTMENT TO SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS (20 OR 30) FOR EXTRA FLOWERS. YOU'LL GET 5 TIMES THE NUMBER OF FLOWERS FOR A BIT MORE THAN THE BASIC PRICE.

THEY WERE ASKED TO DELIVER A VALENTINE'S DAY ARRANGEMENT TO ME AT THE LAST MINUTE, BEFORE NOON AND THEY DID. VERY UNIQUE ARRANGEMENT AND VERY NICELY DONE!

WHEN SHE GOT THE FLOWERS, THEY WERE A POOR ARRANGEMENT. THEY WEREN'T ANYTHING THAT I WANTED. THEY WERE ALMOST DEAD. MY MOM TOLD MY SISTER BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HURT MY FEELINGS. ON MONDAY, I CALLED MAPLE LEE FLOWERS AND THEY WERE REALLY NICE! THEY CONTACTED THE FLORIST THAT DID THE FLOWERS AND I WANTED THEM TO RE-DO THE BOUQUET AND THEY SENT ALL ROSES THE SECOND TIME AT MY REQUEST.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, FRESH AND FRAGRANT FLOWERS
