The arrangement was posted on their website as "Poodle in a Basket". White flowers were supposed to be arranged in a poodle's face with black eyes. They did not even attempt to make a poodle face and didn't even put the eyes in. The actual was not the pretty one on their website but a plain basket. This arrangement cost more than the others but was so cute on the website that I thought it would be worth it. Connell's does not have the skill nor the desire to prepare flower arrangements properly. Don't waste your money with them!t.

The arrangement that arrived was very disappointing. The planter was not a baby bed, just a blue polka dot planter and the plants were sparse. The worse thing about the arrangement was that the blue flowers were wilted, falling off and totally bent over and the white flowers were not in the specialty flower category; they were carnations. Even the ribbon was lackluster.
I called the store and spoke to the manager. He apologized and asked me what I wanted. I told him I had no idea as the event had passed. He offered me a $10.00 credit for the price of the flowers in the arrangement, bringing my total to $36.95. I accepted this resolution. Afterall, the baby shower is over and I am already embarassed by the arrangement. I would not risk using this florist again. Even though I called the store directly and asked for a specific flower category, I did not receive it. Lastly, I believe a $46.95 arrangement should be sufficient for a small buffet table, and this one was very small and weak.

Several neighbors looked after me when I needed it most. To show my appreciation, I decided to order flowers and checked Angie's List for a florist. Connell's was highly recommended by other member and rightfully so. Their web site made the ordering easy. I was able to check many different styles, add them to the shopping cart, and make changes as needed through the whole process. This online experience was a bit unexpected. It was so smooth, I wondered if the work was outsourced. It's not. Within 30 minutes of placing my order, a Connell's employee called me to confirm if delivery could be delayed by one day so that they could complete the order with the flowers I had selected. Since I placed the oder in the afternoon, this seemed reasonable to me, and the phone call proved that I was getting local service. Today, the arrangements were delivered, and the positive response from the neighbors tells me it was the right decision to choose Connell's.

I FOUND THEM ON ANGIE'S LIST AND THEY HAD A GOOD WEBSITE SO I PLACED AN ORDER. THEIR WEBSITE WAS PARTICULARLY HELPFUL AND EVEN SHOWED PICTURES OF WHAT YOU WOULD ORDER. THEY WERE COMPETITIVELY PRICED. THEY SENT ME AN ORDER AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

THE TOTAL COST WAS PAID UP FRONT, BUT THE COMPANY CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE FLOWERS. I CONTINUED TO CALL THE COMPANY TO COMPLAIN, BUT EVERY OTHER MONTH THE CHARGE WAS STILL PUT ON MY CREDIT CARD.

WE CAME TO THEM ON THE DAY BEFORE THE FUNERAL SERVICE BECAUSE THE FLORIST CHOSEN BY THE FUNERAL HOME HAD MADE SOME UNACCEPTABLE SUGGESTIONS. CONNELL'S FLOWERS WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE EXACT TYPE OF LILLY THAT OUR MOTHER HAD WANTED. THE ARRAIGNMENT AND SERVICE WERE TRULY EXCELLENT. SPENT $50 FOR FLOWERS TO BE SENT BUT THEY SENT OUT A $35 BOUQUET. MEMBER HAD A PICTURE SHE SHOWED THE FLORIS. THEY ADMITTED IT WAS A $35 ARRANGEMENT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND A SINGLE ROSE AS AN APOLOGY. MEMBER SAID NO AND THEY AGREED TO SEND A SMALL ARRANGEMENT.
