CHARGED $60.00 PER HOUR SO I AM NOT SURE IF THAT WAS A GOOD RATE OR NOT SINCE NO ONE ELSE COULD DO THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. HE HAD THE TYPEWRITER BACK IN A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE WERE TWO SPOOLS OF RIBBON FOR THE TYPEWRITER.

THEY SAID THEY WOULD TROUBLESHOOT THE NEXT DAY. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY PRINTER. THREE WEEKS LATER, THEY FINALLY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT FIX IT.

SEEMED SLOW UNTIL I REALIZED HOW BUSY AND SMALL THEY ARE. (NOT A LARGE OUTFIT)... JUDGING BY ALL THE PCS I SAW IN THERE, THEY ARE TRUSTED BY MANY TO DO GOOD WORK. CARRY DIALOGUE WITH THE OWNER AND HE WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU.
