I TOOK IT BACK TO THE COMPANY AND THEY WOULD NOT LOOK AT THE MONITOR. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE. IN ADDITION TO REPORTING THEM TO ANGIE'S, I WROTE THE BBB. I WOULD ADD THAT I PURCHASED THE MONITOR 60 DAYS BEFORE USE, BUT THEY TOLD ME IT WAS BEYOND THEIR 30 DAYS WARRANTY.

HAD TO TAKE IT BACK SEVERAL TIMES. EACH TIME I GOT IT BACK, I HAD MORE PROBLEMS WITH IT. I GUESS I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR WITH USED EQUIPMENT.
