My canon printer stopped working so I took it to this company. I found them on the Canon website as an authoriy alszed warranty service location. Even though my printer was out of warranty, their diagnosis lead me to have them repair it since estimated it wouldn't be more than $100.  Their diagnosis of a burned up print head was correct. They ordered and OEM replacement and replaced the bad one. They also gave me some good advice (using non-OEM print cartridges burn out your print heads sooner.)
You save money in the short term by using the cheaper print cartridges, but not if you wind up having to replace the head.

The technician was late because they wrote down my zip code wrong, but he called to let me know what was going on. Once he got here he was friendly, professional, and extremely competent. He did the work quickly and was on his way, and the problem is completely fixed. I was impressed enough that next time I have a piece of electronics break down I'll consider calling them instead of just replacing it.

They were courteous and nice. They were sensitive to my needs and I would highly recommend them. Be sure to get absolutely clear directions of where they're located, they're kind of off the beaten path.

Took computer to them the morning of day one and picked up completed job the next day. Prompt, friendly service and clean facility. I would not hesitate to use them again. Reasonable prices too!
