Complete Door Service

Arrived on time, very easy to deal with.  have had the door for over a year now and no problem.

We previously used this provider last summer through a warranty we had on our new home.  At that time we were extremely please with the quick response and the replacement of the spring that he did.  This time, we no longer had the warranty but recalled his previous work so we called him again.  It was not an urgent job, so we just asked that he give us a call on the following Monday or Tuesday morning when someone would be home and let us know when he could be at the house.  He did that promptly on Monday morning and finished quickly as it was a simple adjustment - live and learn!  He was very friendly and informative on both visits and did not try to take advantage of the suituation by charging a lot.  That was very much appreciated and we will definitely use him again.

This was extremely smooth and Mark was very friendly, helpful and efficient.  We recently moved in to the home and the garage door spring broke - I called the home warranty contact and they had Complete Door Service call me to set an appointment.  Mark called within the hour, diagnosed the problem by phone, estimated (accurately) how long it would take and indicated he could come out immediately or the next day.  It was all done within the hour.  No cost is listed because it was covered by the home warranty we got at closing.  I would definitely use this company again.

I hired Mark July 07/2005 to refinish and repair the original door to my home. It was a tough job because the house has settled and the door needed to be re-fitted. He lied constantly; I recorded 35 conversations since last summer where he stated that the door was almost finished and he would schedule a date and time that he would bring the door and complete the job. Each time the scheduled date would arrive; Mark never sowed up, nor called to let me know that he wasn't coming. I took off from work several times to be here. This is no way to run a business! In the end the door was delivered 12/05 and hung. There were 2 deep nicks showing and Mark caulked around the door frame, said he would return to clean the caulk and finish the final repairs. We scheduled two appointments. He never showed for either. By 04/06 I ended up having to hire someone else. I would like a 30% refund.
