Como Mower has been a family-owned business located in Clintonville since 1976. Now employing three generations, Como Mower is one of two Briggs & Stratton Diamond Dealers in Central Ohio and customer satisfaction is our goal. We have seven employees. No subs. We offer flat rates for repairs. Free pick-up and delivery November-February in the following zip codes - 43085, 43214, 43220, 43221, 43224, 43229. Close at 5 pm during fall/winter and 6 pm spring/summer.

They did a very good job. Friendly. helpful. Took a few days longer than orginally estimated to get mower back. But it was a very busy time of the mowing season so the extra time in the shop was inconvenient but understandable.

I had seasonal maintenance done on my mower. During the winter months they offer free pickup and delivery. They call ahead when they’re ready to pick it up. When it took longer for them to return it I gave them a call. The work had been done just not scheduled for delivery. They apologized and brought it out that day with a discount. Above and beyond customer service. Mower looks and runs great too.

They fixed it and did a maintenance service, all for a reasonable price. They also replaced the blade that was bent. They helped me get the mower in and out of my car too. I took my pole saw in last week because the chain popped off. They fixed it right there and didn't even charge me. The employees were friendly, helpful and had great customer service! I would definitely recommend having lawn equipment serviced here.

Great experience with Como. They picked up my snowblower and gave it a tune up before the winter hit. The called me to let me know of the final cost before doing any extra work and then scheduled a day to drop the blower back off at my house. It was very convenient and the blower looked and ran like new!

Miserably, they had my machine for a week. Took it in on a Saturday. Received a call on the following Monday that the machine was ready. Called them and told them that I would pick it up the following Saturday. Picked the machine up as scheduled, took it home and discovered they had twisted the head off a screw that holds the muffler guard on. Would not have been a big deal however, they had the machine a week and could have repaired it, and the worse part of it is they did not have the integrity to own up to it and tell me about it, that's what makes me angry. I would definitely NOT RECCOMEND THESE BOOBS TO WORK ON YOUR EQUIPMENT!!!!!

My experience with Como was outstanding.  I had called ahead time and asked if they sharpened mower blades while I waited.  They said yes if they weren't busy, but usually it was a drop-off service with a 2-3 day wait.  I asked if they had been busy that day and the response was "on and off".  I decided to try my luck, leave work early and head to the store.   When I showed up on that Friday afternoon, they were very busy.  I went into the store, saw several people waiting in line and figured there was no way it was going to happen.  The line moved quickly and even though they were helping other people at the counter, I asked if they could sharpen the blade while I waited.  Figuring the answer was going to be no (or least a 30 min time), I was set to be disappointed.  To my pleasant surprise, the guy asked his colleague if he could sharpen it now and she said if you have time.  Ten minutes later I had a sharpened mower blade and I was walking out of the store a happy man.  It has been a long time since I have experienced such excellent service.  Como has my business for life, including when I go to buy a new mower in a couple of years.
