Comfy Couch Co.

We bought a reclining couch about 1 year ago. We generally sat on the left side but when we hung our new tv the right side had a better view.  We noticed the right side had a huge gap when reclined.  Kenny from the service dept. came out twice but could not fix the issue.  After he contacted the manufacturer they agreed to replace the couch, even though we had owned it close to a year.  When delivered the new one had the same issue.  Kenny took it back to the warehouse and made a number of adjustments and now it is perfect.  They were great to deal with and went above and beyond to make it right.  Hard to find this type of customer service.  

I first went to another retailer and they did not offer me any customer service. When I went here they were eager to help and sell me the chair. The store is fully licensed by the producer of this brand.

I got the chair the chair in two weeks. They rented me the fabric swatch to see how it would go with my interior design. I could spend the money knowing that the color would fit into the general plan I was using. The also allowed me to bring my pug in to try out the chair and he approved.

Comfy Couch Company contacted us after about 6 weeks when the chair arrived in their warehouse. We rented their truck for an hour and took the chair home and then returned the truck. When I again got home, we opened the container and discovered it was the wrong chair.
I called fearing this would be a very frustrating experience. Instead, they arranged for two delivery people to bring out the correct chair, open it and move it into the house, and take the original chair back -- All within an hour of my phone call and at their expense. My wife and I were delighted with their courtesy and how quickly they responded to correct the mistake.
