Everything went fine. They always do a good job. They know what they're doing and they always come when they say they'll come. They are dependable. Their prices are very fair. They misquoted the price and it came down when they came here. They actually told me it should have been something else. They're very trustworthy.

This turned out great. The technician showed up on time, was super helpful and gave me some great advice. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He did replace the humidifier filter. I own a double unit, and they checked on both sides. He was very personable as well. I feel like he was very honest to just honor the deal and not look for additional work. I plan on using them again.

The tech was very professional and offered some suggestions and points of concern for the near future. My furnace is at appx. 15-20 yrs. old and he explained that the heat exchanger showed a bit of wear and if it were to malfunction it could cause a carbon monoxide build up. He suggested I get some alarms for the house and keep an eye on it and to consider having a new furnace installed in the next couple of years. He gave me a couple of options on furnaces/heat pumps to research and advice on what to look for in carbon monoxide alarms.

Got furnace cleaned and signed up for service plan (credited the payment of the visit to the cost of the payment plan). Also got a very detailed report regarding longevity of furnace and potential timetable for replacement.

Columbus Worthington Air did an excellent job with my furnace tune-up. Purchased $59 service through promotion on Angie's List. Service is normally $139. The customer service agent was very professional and helpful in scheduling my appointment. The technician arrived within the time frame I was given. He arrived and immediately covered his boots/shoes with "baggies" so as not to bring dirt into the house. The service was performed timely and the technician was very helpful in answering my questions as he went through the inspection. I would highly recommend them.

This service was an Angies big deal so the price was great....Kenny was the serviceman ..... checked controls.... all connections etc. we have hardwood floors told my husband where the humidity should be set for the floors... that was a first he was a wealth of information .yes yes yes we will use Columbus Worthington Air again.

fantastic! Received a call a couple hours after I purchased the certificate/coupon online and the gentleman was wonderful to work with and had some education points as well for our furnace to last longer and run more efficient.

He checked out the furnace for the Tune-up. He came out and told us that we had $2900 worth of work and that it was unsafe. I declined the work and had another company out to check the furnace. They used a combustion analyzer and checked the rest of the work they quoted and informed me that none of it was accurate or needed. I want to warn other members that they're trying to overcharge and charge for work that isn't needed. They will tag your furnace as unsafe and put a sticker on it when it isn't needed.

Tried to up charge me to an additional $230.00. Used my vacuum to clean furnace and left. What looked like a deal in price was a complete waste of time and money. Plus being pressured to buy more

They called about 30 minutes before they arrived within a scheduled window. The guys that showed up were nice and courteous and got right to work. They discovered a crack in my heat exchanger and showed me where it was. They were required by law to turn off the gas. Since they discovered the problem they had a sales representative come out within an hour to go over possible new systems.

For a couple of years it went just fine. Then there seemed to be two problems. It became very difficult to schedule visits when I wanted them (I never did have a cooling system spring visit), and the bigger issue: the technicians began very hard-sell marketing of equipment and services. One technician told us that we needed to replace our entire heating and air conditioning system. The current one, is a high-end Trane system that was installed in 2002, so the unit was around 10 years old. We have had no issues with the system since that time. Around 3 years ago, I arranged to have Columbus Worthington Air put in a new heating and cooling system, for an elderly client. They were also contracted for annual inspection and maintenance. In only one year the technician working there sold my elderly client over $400 of special equipment to make the (almost new) system "last longer". I've never seen this kind of behavior from any such HVAC provider, and now I have seen the hard-sell technique twice from these folks. I am absolutely done with them. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this company deserves one.

Our home has undergone two major additions and the heating system and ducting system were inadequate. We were impressed with the sales rep (John Bogart) knowledge and his ability to a**** our issues with the duct system. He brought in a team of engineers to back up his initial assessment of the ducting, and they drew up a plan for the installers to follow. The system was installed late September and it is now the end of October, so we have been able to assess the capability of the new system, and we are very very happy. We previously had very little heat or cooling in the additions and now we have a totally comfortable home in all rooms. We would recommend Columbus Worthington Air for all of your heating and cooling problems and fixes. The installation crew was very professional and did an excellent job of taking the old hvac and ducting system out and installing the new. They left the area cleaner than it was when the started.

I purchased a new furnace from Columbus Worthington Air in January 2013. I thought they told me that my first seasonal service was included, then I thought I might have misunderstood, so I called to schedule the service and was pleasantly surprised whne they told me, not only was the service free for my new furnace, it was free for my existing smaller furnace. So I received a totally free service call which required the technician, Jamie T, to carry a ladder upstairs and climb into my attic to service the existing furnace which they did not even install. Shockingly good policy to build customer loyalty!
