The operator lady is very friendly even it is late. I feel sorry that I had to call someone such late but I got two young kids home, and it was a very cold winter night. The lady asked my name, address, cell phone etc., and told me to wait for a tech named Steve to call me. I waited for about half an hour, but no one called. So I called the lady again, and confirmed my number is correct, and she asked me to wait for the call. 2 hours later, still no call. It is too late to call another contractor then. I wished they called me even they do not wish to come out during mid-night! But no, they did not. Just pretend it did not happen. This is really not Responsive and Professional! If you claimed that you worked 24/7, you have to keep your promise. Otherwise, it is misleading! I will never use this contractor in the future.

Technician arrived on time and was very courteous. Work was completed quickly and efficiently.

He let us know about the health of our heating/cooling system but wasn't pressuring us for a sale of any extra products. Excellent service.

I requested a service call through the Columbus/Worthington Air website on Wednesday (February 5) night. That evening, a technician called to ask if the request was an emergency. I told him it was not, and he told me someone from their office would call on Thursday morning to set up a service call. The next morning, I received a call to set up an appointment later that day and the technician was to arrive between noon and 5pm. The office called a half hour before Nathan came to the house to inspect the furnace. His inspection revealed that bearings in the inducer motor were wearing out causing the intermittent groaning sound we heard. Nathan had to leave to get a new inducer motor, and returned 30 minutes later to install the replacement part. Within half an hour the work was done, and he ran several tests to make certain the furnace was running properly. The repairs cost us nothing since the part was covered by our parts and service warranty on the 4 year old furnace. Before leaving, Nathan explained what had happened, and how the inducer motor works during the heating season. Nathan was very professional and courteous.

Provider checked out furnance and also changed my filter. Everything was working fine.

I like the technician but the problem I had it took him three tries to finally get the leak fixed. Each time they fixed something else, there's another leak. I don't know why they didn't catch the first time but they did place three different pieces and it finally appears to be taken care of it. They've kept their appointments, they've been on time, very courteous and very informative.

My furnace stopped working at approx. 11:30 at night. I saw Columbus worthington and air had a 24 emergency service. As it was a very cold night I called. The technician whom I don't remember his name called me within 5 minutes. He seemed less than thrilled when he called. He sounded like I had just woken him up. He informed me he would not be able to get parts and if he could it would cost me an extra $125.00 for someone to go to the parts store and get the parts. He then said "How close are you to Grove City?" I live on the west side of Columbus so I told him probably about 20 minutes. He ask me if I had a contract with them. I don't but even so if I am spending my money and I have an emergency I expect decent service. He again sounded less than thrilled I had awoken him from his slumber. I told him never mind. I called another company. In the future I am replacing 2 heating systems and 2 central air units. I WILL not be using this company. I believe if a professional person is on call they need to be prepared for emergency situations to arise especially on one of the coldest nights of the year.

We price quoted a new furnace, and they ended up being a lot cheaper than some of the others that we found. They did a really good job, and they were quick about it, and they were able to get it up and running in pretty good time. Our AC died in the middle of summer.

It was a little tough getting scheduled because of some confusion with the wording on the Big Deal, but once that was all settled, everything was good. I received a call to let me know Kenny W. was on the way and how long it would take for him to arrive. I would say it was pretty close to being on the mark! Kenny was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job of explaining issues he found and what the potential issues to come are. He was not at all pushy with anything, and simply provided me information and graciously answered any questions I had! I would recommend their services to anyone who is within their service area!

The service tech came right away. The first call didn't fix our problem, so the provider is sending a senior technician today. They have been very courteous and responsive.

The contractor showed up on time, was very professional and was able to complete the thorough inspection and cleaning of the furnace within an hour. I would recommend this company anytime you have a problem with your furnace.

It went well. They actually called us to set up an appointment before we had a chance to call them. They were on time and did everything promised in the tune up. They made recommendations based on what they found. There was never any pressure to do any add on services. Their service rep was very professional and efficient in his work. I would definitely recommend them and may indeed use them for future work.

The technician dismantled the furnace and cleaned and inspected the internal parts of the furnace.

They called me to set up the appointments...didn't wait for me to call them. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Found some problems and tried to fix (temporarily). New furnace is needed, and while we have not decided who to go with yet, their estimate is in same ball park as others for same quality of furnace.

The tech was punctual and thorough. He found a few minor issues. However the Unit (furnace and heat pump) were both over 20 years old. He recommended replacement with a furnace and A/C units. Since I formerly managed HVAC for a large company, I agreed it was needed. They brought out new units the following week and the installation was successful.

The technician was prompt and polite. I had a 5 year old humidifier filter to change (for a slight fee) as well but unfortunately, there was not the correct size on his truck to replace it so there was no extra charge. I just paid $59 for the furnace preventative maintenance.

Two managers came out and told me that they would verify the work of their employee and offered me 3 times my charge if they couldn't find a crack. Surprise, surprise the employees immediate boss could feel a crack through a glove in his hand. Mind you that the other company I called did a thorough inspection with both a small mirror and a camera. This gentlemen found a crack in a completely different place than his employee. I asked to see the crack and they couldn't show me with a mirror. So the other gentlemen suggested they get their camera but never did. I knew what was going on after he stated twice that there was a crack but never provided proof..he didn't want to honor his financial obligation. Please be careful with this provider and be sure to do research on heat exchange cracks and how companies use this as a way to sell a new system. Also I refused a 1 and 2 year free service plan from the manager because of the service I received from this company.

They were prompt & professional. Very happy we have heat! : )

He informed us of some potential issues in the future, but did not try to sell us on anything beyond the price and scope of what he was there for.

We have used Columbus Worthington Air before and they have always done a good job -- very thorough and don't try to sell you services you don't need.

$59 Angie's List special -- checked, cleaned and adjusted furnace. Found 3 dead birds in air intake and removed. Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant -- a very good experience.

They removed the two year old filtering system and replaced it with their more expensive new system they are going to new using at no cost to me. Their workers are very professional, polite, clean up after all their work is done, and you just couldn't ask for better service. I am soooooooooo glad I chose Columbus Worthington Air over all the other contractors!!! They have excelled in excellence in everything they have done since the purchase of my new furnace and air conditioning system in 2011 and I would never use anyone but them in the future for any home I live in. They are THE BEST!!!!!

I needed service on my furnace to be sure it was working with maximum power. I went to the provider's web and was prompted to do a live chat. I explained I need the service as soon as possible they transferred me two times and the calls were dropped I then left a message and to date have not returned my calls. I had to contact another service provider to do the service.
