Serviceman was very nice, gave me some advice about my filters and furnace care.

I had previously used their services. They completed the work through the deal. My experience with them was fine overall.

We spent about $200 to $300. They were nice to deal with. They did their checks and I signed up for a package with them but I didn't go through with it because I went with someone else. But they were good.

Update.... After reviewing my earlier ratings (Overall= C) I am changing my Overall Rating to a "B". With 3 B's,1 C and 1 A, it makes better sense to rate Overall as a "B". The furnace has worked well during this harsh winter. Not so well. After performing yearly service check on furnace we noticed a malfunction code with furnace. Technician worked all day to resolve. Changed just about every part in the furnace. Finally another technician was sent out to resolve. Furnace working. Still not sure furnace is working as it did prior to the service check. I believe Columbus Worthington Air is a good company, I think it may have been just one of those days.

It went well. After the furnace was serviced, he called me and explained what he did and how everything looked on the furnace.

Everything went as planned. Received a call 30 minutes before technician arrived. Kurt was very personable, but professional at the same time. He did the work as planned and cleaned up afterward. A great job as usual from Columbus Worthington Air. Was also wonderful since I was able to take advantage of their Big Deal and get a great price on my service. I have used Columbus Worthington Air for several years now and will continue to do so in the future.

He got my furnace working quickly, which I appreciated.

It was fine. They did what they said they would do.

The technician was super friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions concerning a new thermostat and furnace, etc., in addition to performing the End of Season $59.00 Special Furnace Tune-up, Cleaning and Inspection.

The service worked out okay. There was an additional charge on top of the big deal price. The unexpected issue was the part that he said I needed. I wasn't expecting to pay $135 for what turned out to be a $10 part. That was the aggravating part. He was here for an hour or less. He was punctual.

They were fabulous, found bird in furnace, that's why it wasn't working.

My only complaint is that they gently strong armed us into buying a service package and priced it where it made it difficult to say no for it. It would have been $84 but they bundled the repair and the service package into one which included future visits. The work got done but I didn’t appreciate the business practice.

It went great. I contacted them late (after 10 PM Thursday) via email. They called me about 7:20 AM Friday morning to schedule and appointment for that day. They provided 2 times for me that day. The tech, Shelby, arrived near the end of the window. He was professional and knew exactly what needed to be done once I described the issue. He spent about 30 minutes working on the unit. Once complete, be provided me a thorough explanation of the work he completed. There were no additional costs.

They came out very quickly after I bought the deal. They sent one person out, and it took less than an hour! He was very friendly and respectful of the property, he put on little booties!

My power was out 7 hours last night and when power came on my furnace would not come on. I unsucessfully tried myself to light my pilot light with no luck..(furnace was working fine before..but is super old...) I was afraid the trouble may be more than just the pilot light so called Fire and Ice Heating and Cooling which is #1 in good ratings with Angies List and sat on HOLD for over 10 mins and never got anyone ...So went down the list and knew Cols Worthington Air had a good reputation and had high ratings on the list. Called and got right thru to Cindy and she suggested I check my circuit breaker to see if that was the problem...since my power had been out..I appreciated her suggesting that! So I checked and it wasnt that so I called back and she said they would have a tech out today 12-5. Was VERY happy to get someone out same day...but had a hefty $85. service fee...OK well after being tired of no heat..that was ok....so Cindy called at around 1:30 and said tech Nathan was on his way..and that seemed ahead of schedule since she said it may be later in the day since they were very busy. Nathan was very nice and courteous and put the shoe covers on before walking on my floors and discovered all he needed to do was light the pilot and furnace came right on...(I had him show me exactly HOW to do it for next time...and he didnt mind showing me) . So the total bill was $114.00 to light my pilot because he charged me $30. labor on top of the $85. trip charge which is the same every day of week... I thought it was more because it was Saturday..but no...He did honor a coupon on the Angies list site for 5% off on the service call even though it was over $100.00 which helped minimally...So bottom line I do have Heat now which is MOST important and I did get PROMPT service on a Saturday .....its just the COST was very steep for what was done...so in the future I would probably get someone less expensive. But in an emergency they came through for me!

It began with a service call, which resulted in the technician explaining that the blower motor had to be replaced and a crack in the heat exchanger was noted. He didn't immediately draw the conclusion that the furnace at least had to be changed out. Instead, he gave the information, the options, and it was my deciiion to replace the entire 13 y/o 80% efficiency furnace and AC unit. Within 2 hours a system sales person was on site to doing the analysis of system needs and present the quote for the replacement. He was quite knowledgeable and also not aggressive in his approach. He confirmed that the replacement could be done the next day, which was a Saturday. I felt the need to get one other bid from a company I had service from in the past. The bids were very competitive (the other company was Fire & Ice, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them). The difference came down to the option to finance 7k over 5 years at a reasonable interest rate. The only SAC finance option from both companies was 12 months, which would have been a stretch. Columbus-Worthington Air did the install the next day as promised and the system has worked flawlessly for the past 2 weeks.

Not only were we concerned about how cold our home was with 2 young children, but we learned we had a terrible carbon dioxide leak that could have proved very dangerous. They were able to install the new furnace the next day. Everyone involved in the process was extremely courteous and professional.

It was excellent. They were very professional and made suggestions. He was excellent all around and very knowledgeable.

I thought they did a wonderful job and I will definitely be using them again. It is just a good company to hire.

A gentleman came out who represented the company. They weren't the least expensive but they were the most professional.

We have a current contract with this provider. The techs are very reliable. The techs are clean and wear booties in the home. Highly recommend.

They were easy to work with. The salesman was very good. He gave me three options on how to purchase and everything worked out really well. It was a very good experience and I was comfortable with everyone I worked with. They were able to get me scheduled within a couple of days. I was surprised with how fast they were able to complete everything. Overall, I had a really positive experience. They were very customer oriented!

The provider never showed up and never called me back with an explanation about it. I tried to call him back, but there was no response.
