Coolant was low, so the lines had to be tested for a leak. No leak was found, so coolant was added. Thankfully there was no push to replace the system. Just have to keep an eye on coolant each check up.

I purchased an air conditioning tune up on Saturday and they were able to come out on Monday. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and extremely responsive. The day of the service I received a courtesy call before they arrived. The guys that came were on time, nice to deal with and efficient with their time as well as mine. I would definitely use Columbus Worthington Air again.

They were professional. They had everything in and out in one day. They said they did it on one day and they surely did.

I had Columbus Worthington air come out and provide an annual checkup of my A/C unit due to the age and lack of cooling. They fit me in during a busy time of year and gave advice on potential replacement in the future. In order to improve the cooling of the A/C it was charged with 1lb of refrigerant and it now works great.

CWA was very responsive, answering all of our questions. We narrowed our choices to CWA and one other company, and CWA continued to provide detailed answers, even coming out to the house with the lead installer and general manager to assess the potential zone system setup. Installing a new zone system isn't without a few bumps, we had one zone that wouldn't set to the proper temperature, but CWA came out shortly after we called and identified and resolved the problem. Now things are working great. We have been very happy with the quality of the system and have had CWA out to tune up for both fall and spring. We would use CWA again.

A new Bryant air conditioner was installed. The work was done by Jeff B and Josh C. They came at the time requested and spent time to make sure everything was properly installed and working. They reviewed with me on the use of the thermostat and maintenance, etc. The scores above represent the work done on the installation of the A/C unit. I was completely satisfied and the unit has been working as expected.

It went very well. Tech was knowledgeable and informative. Price rating reflects that I didn't have a chance to really compare with others much, but the price seemed reasonable for the most part and I opted in for their one-year service plan since my units are aging, which was about $100 difference between that and the original service call fee.

If I owned a company, this is how I would want it to run. Everything about this company is superior. They have great customer service, their service men are incredibly professional, their sales people are incredibly knowledgeable and explain everything. They are so easy to work and making you feel like you are being well-taken care of.

Exceeded my expectations and quick install

They did a great job. The technicians were knowledgeable and respectful. The salesman gave us all the information and all our options and didn't try to pressure us into the most expensive. He was very reasonable.

The outdoor unit on the whole house air conditioner was not working; therefore the house was not cooling. This was only a couple of weeks after Columbus Worthington Air completed a spring start up and found no problems. When they came out to repair the unit the technician said I needed new contacts and I authorized him to install them. We both left my house at the same time and when I returned about 5 hours later the outdoor unit was once again not working. I called the office on Sunday morning and they sent out a tech on Monday who showed me a photo of a mouse in a nest and chewed wires. He spliced the wires and the unit has worked ever since. The frayed wires made me skeptical that the contacts needed to be replaced. However, since they came back and got the unit running I did not follow up with the office. I have used Columbus Worthington Air on three properties and this is the first time I have had doubts about their work. However, I will probably use them again in the future. On May 29 Columbus Worthington Air called to advise me that they were refunding my $184 for the contacts. They agreed that they should have identified the cause of the problem on the first visit. I am very appreciative of their response to my issue. As a result I have changed my rating from "C" to "A" because of the excellent follow up.

My a/c was not working correctly, so I contacted Columbus Worthington Air and they were able to send out a technician the same day. They called ahead of the appointment time as promised to let me know they were coming, the technician was on time, friendly and was mindful of keeping my carpets clean by wearing booties inside the house. Although the diagnosis was not what I wanted to hear, the technician was professional and straight forward.

They were knowledgeable and on time. I've used them several times. They were fine.

We have an annual maintenance contract with the company and it really paid off! A gentleman came out after hours to check to see why the AC wasn't working. This was the first time turning on the AC for the season. He discovered that one of the main electrical parts on the unit went bad. The service manager called first thing the next morning to notify us that he would be out to replace the part. He was very nice, professional and got the AC working properly. Luckily we had a service contract and the unit was under warranty. With the service contract, we weren't charged for them to come out either time and we were placed at the top of the list for service calls. Well worth the annual fee! The warranty covered the failed part so we didn't have to pay anything to get our AC working.

Service went well. Technician also recommended a/c compressor soft start which I agreed to.

My experience with them went very well. Two workers came out to complete the job. That was wintertime and our furnace failed. They did the installation within two days of my calling them. They were very prompt. The work area looked clean and was fine. We didn't chose them necessarily on price. It was the quality of the product they were going to install. They were also very responsive.

Have used several times. Always provide professional expertise and excellent service.

I liked the people that came out to work. On the Angie’s list on the advertisement there was a $100 coupon but when I talked to the sales representative he refused to give me a credit for that amount. We requested him to at least ask his manager but he never got back to us. I did not like him I would not use him again. The worker they send out are very professional and did a great job. They were very prompt. Their product I really like it was just the sales person that I did not like.
