Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for a new heating and ac unit. They were very professional and reviewed everything with me. I was pleased with the experience and considered using them for this project.

Description of Work: We purchased and new furnace, A/C unit & hot water heater. CWA arrived at the appointment time and had it all installed in about 9 hors. We called them 2 time for small issues and they responded promptly and fix the 2 issue the first time.

Description of Work: the service person was prompt, called ahead to alert us to the visit, completed the task in a timely manner, and always covered shoes with booties when entering the house. Suggested type of filter to be the most efficient for our furance.

Description of Work: Our A/C stopped working and they were out the next day to fix it. The technitian found the broken part and gave the cost to repair it. He answered all questions up front and presented the options. It was going to cost over 200.00 to fix the a/c + the 85.00 cost of the service callWe decided to purchase their advantage plan ,that can be renewed yearly, which waives the service call fees, allows 2 maintainance checks a year (one for a/c and one for heating) and 20 % off parts and labor. In a nutshell, the service was performed promptly and correctly. We feel we were dealt with honestly and will gladly use this company in the future.

Description of Work: I am literally in shock. On the hottest day in Cbus in 13 years, our A/C went out. I called Worthington Air at 11:30 pm and a friendly person actually PICKED up! She offered to see if I wanted someone to come out tonight, I told her I'd wait until morning. So far, soooo good!

He put booties on before he even stepped inside the door. He was very meticulous in finding what the problem was. I called at 8AM in the morning and had JUSTIN out in just a couple of hours. FAST service and response! I hope you're lucky enough to get JUSTIN. He was the BEST! JUSTIN even helped me find a coupon on the internet to help minimize my costs!! Who does that? Raves about this service and JUSTIN!!!!!!

Description of Work: Bought the 12 month service plan which covers fall and spring tune-up and a new air filter. I wasn't familiar with the heat pump I had in my new furnace and the technician showed me how to use the thermostat to be the most energy efficient.

Description of Work: Our boiler in the basement began smoking and smelled like burned rubber. This happened on a Sunday so we called Columbus Worthington Air and they came out even on Sunday. They checked the boiler and figured it needed and new alternator. They ordered the part and said they would come out Monday. They came out Monday. It took two guys and two trucks to fix our dinosaur of a boiler but they did the job without complaining and didn't even gouge us on the price. We have used Columbus Worthington Air several times to sevice out ancient boiler and they ALWAYS give us top notch service at a reasonable price. I have commented to my husband several times that I even wonder how that company can make any money since their prices are so reasonable.

Description of Work: During the 2008 blizzard my furnace stopped working. A gentleman came out to my home from this company and replaced one part. The furnace then stopped working again that night so he had to come out the next morning and do some addition work on the furnace. The furnace is fixed and works properly now.

Description of Work: The service man tore my furnace apart, left everything lying on the floor, disconnected the wires for the next guy to come in, could not reconnect. They wanted 800 dallors to replace motor and wheel. I bought the part myself and paid someone to install it. It costs me total $200.. He disconnected all the wires so we could not fix the unit oursleves.. he should have left unit as he found it or not strip the wires back. I did not mind paying the service charge of $89 usd, but they should not have left everything out on the floor and striped the wires back. The price of $800 was a rip-off- people without hearing should not be taken advantage of.
