We could not have asked for a better experience. The office staff was very helpful and friendly and the estimate was accurate. The workers arrived on time... actually a little early... which was great! They were very professional and friendly and did a great job. We have a few very high windows that we are not able to reach and once they were cleaned, it was unbelievable how dirty they actually were! We are very satisfied with the company from top to bottom and will use them again.

Guys showed up bright and earlier, very polite and did an amazing job.they finished the job while I was away from the house.excellent job .

They were great. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable. I live on the 6th floor, and that is why it was up there.

I thought they were high for what they did. I will have my windows cleaned again but I will look for someone cheaper. What they did was okay.

They did okay but they got there and tried to give me a different price than what they quoted me over the phone. They basically bitched the whole time they were there so I'll never use them again. The price was good but it wasn't worth tolerating their crap. They were average guys and their punctuality stunk because they were two and a half hours late. My husband and I smoked and he complained about that the whole time. The windows were not done as well as what I would like for them to have been. I don't want to completely flunk them out because somebody else might be completely happy with them. The price was good and being on Angie's List, I depended on them to be good. We had a coupon so that made their price decent but when they got there, the one that had given me a price over the phone and the guy with him walked around the house before they even rang the doorbell and first word out of his mouth was, "How about such and such a price?" Not a reason on why they were late or anything like that but he just wanted to change the price not what I was quoted. Then the guy that was with him that had quoted me the price said, "Oh no, no. I quoted her this." It wasn't that much difference but overall, they are a company I would not use again. I left a message and they called me right back and gave me a quote.

They did a great job at a great price. I have no complaints and I have a contract with them to clean the windows.

They were very nice. They were punctual, professional, and I would recommend them to others. I was very pleased.
