Chris Rose was my sales man and he said he thought we could have the sign on a particular day, no problem. That didn't work out, as the transformer they needed was out of stock in Columbus and they had to order it from the manufacturer (they told me this the day the sign was supposed to be installed). Chris was very apologetic, and the good news is that they were able to finish the sign three days later - one day before we threw a huge 50th birthday party for the present-receiver. So it all worked out great! Cols Sign also came an installed the neon, and that went well. Overall, very pleased with the sign and their work.

THE ONLY OTHER COMPANY THAT WAS EVEN CLOSELY COMPARABLE HAD AN ESTIMATE OF $3,000 MORE. EXCELLENT QUALITY AND OUTSTANDING SIGN. RICK HEIPLE WAS WHO HELPED IN THIS PROCESS.
