Description of Work: The first time I contacted them they never got back to me. The second time I called I talked with the sales manger. Told him what I was looking for. Receive an email that it's was too small of a project and they would pass.

Description of Work: We had (2) two-sided hanging signs at the entrances to our subdivision that were getting in bad shape. Since they were made of solid wood, we just wanted new faces. I dropped off the signs at Columbus Sign but when we got the faces, the vinyl coated aluminum didn't line up with the existing sign body. Chris Rose took care of the problem and we actually got a new set of faces which they mounted at no extra charge. While it took a couple of months, the outcome was very satisfactory.

 + -1 moreChris Rose was my sales man and he said he thought we could have the sign on a particular day, no problem. That didn't work out, as the transformer they needed was out of stock in Columbus and they had to order it from the manufacturer (they told me this the day the sign was supposed to be installed). Chris was very apologetic, and the good news is that they were able to finish the sign three days later - one day before we threw a huge 50th birthday party for the present-receiver. So it all worked out great! Cols Sign also came an installed the neon, and that went well. Overall, very pleased with the sign and their work.
Description of Work: They made a neon sign that flashed for a 50th birthday surprise present. Green/blue on black background, two fonts.

AFTER LOOKING AT MULTIPLE COMPANIES WE DECIDED THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE FOR A UNIQUE AND CUSTOMIZED SIGN. THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE HER VISION AND TURN IT TO REALITY. SHE NOW HAS THE BEST SIGN IN OHIO, WITH AN AWESOME SIGN IN THE SHAPE OF A DOG BONE, SURROUNDED BY NEON. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND WORKED WITH US THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS. THE ONLY OTHER COMPANY THAT WAS EVEN CLOSELY COMPARABLE HAD AN ESTIMATE OF $3,000 MORE. EXCELLENT QUALITY AND OUTSTANDING SIGN. RICK HEIPLE WAS WHO HELPED IN THIS PROCESS. HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN MAKING THIS PROJECT A SUCCESS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
