Work was great! They came when they said they would and fixed what needed to be done. He was a big guy and he was very professional and they got the job done right.

Our dishwasher water pump gave out and it started leaking all over the place. I called Rick on a Saturday and he was able to make it out the same day. (THANK YOU!) He was professional, responsive and their price was competitive with other estimates I received. I would definitely call on them again for any other appliance repair needs.

JEFF WAS ABLE TO COME THE NEXT DAY AND CALLED IN THE MORNING TO LET ME KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT HIM. WHEN HE LEFT TO PURCHASE THE MATERIALS, ASKED IF HE COULD COME BACK LATER TO DO THE INSTALLATION. HE WAS THOROUGH AND CLEAN IN HIS WORK.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS ALL GOOD. THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THE TECHNICIAN, JEFF, FULLY EXPLAINED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD AND OFFERED HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS. I RECEIVED SAME DAY SERVICE AND A PHONE CALL WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AGAIN.

WE WERE GIVEN A FOUR HOUR TIME FRAME FOR THE SERVICE CALL. THE REPAIRMAN DID NOT COME UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. HE REPLACED A PART THAT DID NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. REMOVED THE PART AND CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE CALL ONLY. I DID NOT FEEL THIS REPAIRMAN UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM.
