Roofing
I was put in touch with this company by my condo management company after developing a leaking roof around a skylight. They came out on a number of occaisions. First they applied sealant around the skylight flashing. That didn't stop the leaks. Next, they ripped up the flashing and redid it completely. That didn't work either and the leaks kept happeneing. Next they applied more sealant to the skylight itself. That didn't work either. Finally, they decided to put a rubber banded tarp over the skylight and viola! The leaks stopped.
It would've been great to have done this test first instead of getting assurances that they were "almost certain" that the leaks were coming from around the skylight. It would've saved me $900 in roofing and flashing that needed to be redone after a new skylight was properly installed.
Money down the drain.
