Very disrespectful of me and my property, I purchased a brand new door, which they offered to pick up from Lowe's that was damaged upon installation and does not close tight after several requests to repair, I decided to bring in someone else to properly install the door, (they replaced the brick moulding around the exterior door, but somehow the deadbolt and doorknob openings in the frame are out of center after installation and need rerouted for proper alignment of the hardware). I came home after the workers left my home twice to find front door unlocked, once front door was wide open (don't understand why the door was used by them as they didn't need to use the front door as direct access to work area was from rear door). The workers dislodged my existing thermostat and after I asked them to repair, Manly said that it would be easy with double-sided tape, to which I replied to please leave as is if this was how he would repair the damage. The workers left outdoor water spigot running several times they used to clean their tools and after I attached a hose the water was left full on by workers and burst the hose. Different style of backer board was installed from what was agreed upon, seams were uneven and the area were the new walls meet the existing is uneven and the skim coat was poorly done, I noticed the first day that the electrical fixtures were uneven along the surface of the new drywall and asked about how they could fix it and was told it was the electrician's fault not theirs. I asked for the surfaces to be smoothed and after several attempts, I gave up. The corners of where the drywall meets are uneven and I had to clean up skim coating material from the ceiling, walls, and flooring after they were gone. The doorway was agreed to be enlarged and when I asked to have a header installed because of recent cracks in the ceiling in the vicinity, he was very argumentative, but said it was installed as requested, but a few months later the area that was expanded has cracking in the walls surrounding it. I am in the process of having the work done by Columbus Rehab & Renovations repaired, and am very disappointed in the overall experience, and cut my losses rather than have this crew do any additional work to my home.

IT LOOKS LIKE A NEW PORCH! THEY WERE WONDERFUL AND METICULOUS. THEY ACTED AS THOUGH THEY COULDN'T DO ENOUGH TO PLEASE US!! THEY WERE VERY CLEAN, POLITE AND REALLY LISTENED TO WHAT I SAID AND MADE IT SO EASY TO HAVE ALL OF THIS WORK DONE. THEY WERE JUST WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH! THE MAN WHO I DEALT WITH WAS MANLY NORRIS AND HE WAS GREAT! THESE ARE THE "SALT OF THE EARTH" PEOPLE HERE!

MANLEY CAME AND LOOKED OVER JOB AND HAD WORKERS THERE THE NEXT DAY. NOT ONLY DID HE DO THE WORK BUT THIS COMPANY WAS THE ONLY ONE OUT OF FIVE THAT I CONTACTED THAT OFFERED A QUOTE. WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND DONE RIGHT! THE WORK WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN HE HAD ORIGINALLY THOUGHT. HE STUCK TO THE PRICE QUOTED AND COMPLETED WORK ON TIME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE OWNER BACKS HIS COMMITMENT FOR HIGH QUALITY WORK. WE WERE INITIALLY DISPLEASED BECAUSE, ALTHOUGH HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB PATCHING AND REFINISHING THE DRYWALL, THE DRYWALLER LEFT PLASTER ALL OVER OUR GARAGE FLOOR. ALSO, THE PAINT JOB WAS INADEQUATE. WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO THE OWNER HE CAME RIGHT OUT AND CHECKED THE JOB, AGREED FULLY WITH OUR COMPLAINTS, AND THEN SPENT TWO MORE DAYS REFINISHING THE GARAGE FLOOR AND COMPLETELY REWORKING THE PAINT JOB. IN THE END WE WERE MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS, AND AT A PRICE THAT WAS BETTER THAN TWO OTHER BIDS.

THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. I THINK OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEIR PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH BUT THE WORK THEY DID MADE UP FOR IT.

THEY WERE VERY HONEST. THEY WERE FULLY INSURED. THEY GAVE US A LOT OF IDEAS AND OVERALL THEY DID A REALLY GREAT JOB.
