Lonnie and his son did a nice job eliminating the mice.

I was looking to purchase ant spray for rental properties.  They carried the  product that I wanted; however, their retail price was much more than I wanted to pay.  I found the product on-line.  The owner/clerk was extremely helpful with informing me as to how to identify different ants and with treatment spray is best.

The first treatment didn't get all of them, so the provider came back as promised and did a second treatment at no charge. The second treatment did the trick.

Lonnie and AJ came to the house and placed bait traps. They then followed up with two visits 10 days apart. Problem appears to be resolved, no further signs of mice.

Excellent job! Courteous, prompt and professional. I have used them twice now, once for a bird nest and another time for removing a live bird from my dryer area.

I have used them for years and they are outstanding. They are very, very knowledgeable. They are just very professional. They come out and if nothing is warranted they don't do anything. They are willing to just give me advice but when they do something, it's always the least awful solution. They never try to push anything on me that I don't need. Nothing's really changed, they have always been great.

Overall, the experience was excellent! The technician, Lonnie, was amazing to work with. He was very personable and knowledgeable about bed bugs. Without his help, I don't know what I would've done. He recommended a place where we could store our items. His price was incredibly reasonable, and even after some of the items were treated, he dropped off some items at my daughter's school. I would highly recommend them!
