moved out before thenI have a court date for the 10th of April but i will be moving out by that date or before. the girl taht works in the offive says thatI woe over 1740.00 in rent. I do not I have all my receipts and I have this video on Youtube and all over the internet. As as I put in calls to the Health Department about the situations, then I had to leave. I have a guy on the case of my apartment and the hallways in here. I have TWO complaints with the City Code Enforcement about this place. 3/21/12 confirmation number 12031225804 wi he 311 call center and Order Number 12440-14678 is from the Dept. of Development/Code Enforcement Officer Gary Harris (614) 645-0151. He is aware of the conditions I took him on a tour of the entire building. I am now having serious health problems because of the BLACK MOLD and other things going on in the building and need medical attention . Please post this complaint along with the video. People need to see this. PART 2 Well it has been a month and even when the City Code Enforcement gave the verbal and writen warning to repair ALL fixtures on the report from the inside of the apartment t, the hallways, exposed wires, BLACK MOLD is still there, HOLES are still in the walls...So as of now, by the beginning of next month there will be a MANDATORY $500.00 fine and 60 DAYS IN JAIL for non-compliance...so check out PART 2 of the video I put on YOUTUBE.COM, see the dates on both videos and you will see what I mean: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5Hbi1NRLrs&feature=colike I would not advise any one move out to those apartments...
