Columbus Laser Printer Repair

My HP Laserjet 1020 printer was making bad copies for several months. I didn't know where to take it for cleaning. All the leads I followed up said they could not work on that printer. I found a lead to Wes Smith, who is in Columbus. I called him, described the problem, and asked if he could clean the drum. He looked up the printer and said he could take a look at it. He referred me to his pricing system on his web site to know what the cost would be, but he said that problems such as this could often be solved with a new cartridge. I had been waiting for the printer to be cleaned before putting in the new cartridge which I had purchased. He suggested that I first try solving the problem with the new cartridge, and if that did not work, then to bring it in. He was correct. The new cartridge produced crisp, clean prints. I would give this man a high rating for customer satisfaction.
