Shoddy work all around. Cold air return not properly install causing literally no ac on the second floor. unfinished unlevel exhaust tubes sticking out of the side of my property. Jagged hole cut in the side of my furnace to install gas line because they didn't have the correct pipe. Wrong size compressor for the square footage of house, etc.
