Description of Work
It's what he didn't do that's driving this very negative review. He never returned my phone call or my tenant's calls to schedule an appointment. Also, is contract costs don't add up. 1 yr = $250, but Individual call for furnace is $89 and individual call for AC is $99. Yes, there is no charge for service call and 20% discount on parts, but I don't feel like paying $60 extra. Don't bother!

The job took about 2 weeks, because it was a difficult job. Working in tight spaces 4 stories up. The systems are working great, and cool a difficult to cool space.
Description of Work
Installed 2 Fijitsu A/C mini split systems. These are rare systems for Ohio, and are usually installed in the south. They act like heat pumpts, and during the winter they are capable of producing heat. I had them installed in attic spaces within my building. Both spaces are approximately 700 square feet. The mini split systems I had installed also have blowers that are ceiling mounted, which make the systems more expensive, but are more concealed. They systems have programmable temperature control, and are very energy efficient. They do a great job of cooling spaces that get very hot during the summer.
