Excellent work.

Belt slipped off track because gear broke. Garage door opener could not be replaced and had to be replaced. Price was good and repairman was very accommodating. Also replaced weatherstrip at the bottom of door. He had to come back the follodat to replace it. I’m very happy with work. I got a better opener with battery backup

The technician came early, he serviced the door, and fixed the coaster. No additional cost.

My garage door was not balanced. They adjusted the springs, lubricated springs and rollers. My garage door made a loud sound when it opened all the way. They made an adjustment and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company. The service techs are knowledgeable and provided me with maintenance tips to extend the life of my garage door.

They said they would be out between 9 and 11. I said I have to leave the house at 11:15 and they said it shouldn't be a problem. They said they will call 30 min before arrival. A second person called a while later to ask, has my technician called you? I said no, but did they put the 11:15 time in the notes? He said no and will update that. I waited. Finally at 11:25am the tech calls and says he is 10 min away. I asked if he had a note about 11:15 and he said no. I told him I left for work and that I have hired another company instead. Sidenote: they wanted $89 just to come out, but told me they will knock it down to $29 since I was a new customer. Other companies do not charge, free estimate. I would not recommend this company.

Punctual and quick. The two gentlemen were polite and got the job done fast. Would use them again.

The gentlemen with Columbus Garage Door Company were punctual.  They said they would be here between 11:00 and 1:00.  They arrived promptly at 11:00.  They fixed my problem and did not charge me for the call.  They were professional and answered my questions and offered suggestions and advice on my garage door for me to consider in the future.  They were helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy.  I appreciated their help and will use them in the future.

Robert was very professional and punctual.  He took time to explain what he was assessing and the significance of his findings, what I should look for that could indicate need for repair, and what simple measures I can take to enhance performance of the garage door.  I appreciate that he was not hurried and took time to educate me, not only on potential problems but the positive aspects of the garage door's condition, as well.
