There is a total lack of professionalism by the owner, Jerry, and by some of the trainers. Jerry and the manager, Margaret, don't hold the staff accountable for treating customers poorly, despite multiple complaints by customers. I complained about a trainer, was told it was their policy to fire the trainer, but instead they fired me as a 6-year client!!!

Their owner is highly reputable. He has multiple degrees. He is extremely knowledgeable. His facility not only sells exercise equipment but he is also has a personal training and consulting business there too. His people are very well educated and very well trained. What’s wonderful about them is that they have that expertise and they have someone even come in to your home and tell you what you need or not. If you’re looking to carry on in doing it at your home, they can do that and then you can come in for training. A lot of my family and friends have had foot surgery or shoulder surgery and they are fully capable of handling that. They can read the doctor’s report and know exactly what they need to be doing and I think that’s important. They are able to handle a variety of population whether they would be teenagers or not. Because they sell equipment, they maintain them as well. If you are training there, they will give you a good discount on equipment. They are very good about that.

She is real nice and is very effective at her job. She charges $40 per hour and is helping me. I will use her again in the future.
