 + -1 moreIt was a horrible experience. The connection on the roof between the home and the added room was done incorrectly and we had to pay someone else to repair the work. The people who installed the electrical equipment weren't all licensed electricians and the equipment was not installed correctly. There are several outlets that do not work properly. The roof connection was leaking and ended up damaging my home entertainment system. They offered to compensate me for that, but the whole experience was terrible.
Description of Work: I hired them to create an addition on my home for my parents.

 + -1 moreTHE WORKERS DID GOOD WORK, BUT WE HAD DIFFICULTY WITH COMPANY MANAGEMENT. THE JOB TOOK TWICE AS LONG AS IT SHOULD HAVE. THEIR COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE. WE HAD TO CONTINUALLY CALL THEM FOR RESPONSES. THEY ADDED THINGS TO OUR BILL THAT WE HAD NEVER DISCUSSED. WE HAD A BATTLE OVER THE FINAL BILL. AFTER WE SIGNED THE INITIAL CONTRACT, THEY TOLD US ELECTRICAL WIRING TO THE FIXTURES WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THEIR QUOTE. WE PAID MONEY FROM OUR POCKET TO PURCHASE PERMITS, AND WIRING MATERIALS. WHEN THE ELECTRICIAN CAME ON THE JOB, HE TOLD US THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT. THEY DAMAGED OUR FLOORS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PUT ANYTHING DOWN BEFORE DOING THEIR WORK. THEY RESPONDED BY TELLING US THAT SHOULD BE EXPECTED FROM CONSTRUCTION.
