I would have liked to give this company the highest rating for my experience with them; however, the final contact was not good or or explainable.

Rick is a hard working and polite young man. After interviewed few companies, I found Rick was very responsive on my questions, he helped me to plan on how I can go on to do a entire remodeling for the whole house. It is a small old house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, dinning and living rooms are all separated. I was not going to do an expensive remodeling, just wanted something simple and basic with elegant looking. Rick was working by himself all the time, he had someone came to help him demolish the bathroom, and one came for half day to help out the painting. He was very punctual and worked about 8 hours every day, We shared many experiences about how to take care of a property, from basement problem to mold issues, I am impressed about Rick's ambition and youth, it is good to work hard and build a career at a young age. He is willing to work with us, and be honest with us on things he knows, if something we can do to save money, he would say so, and we do it, such as we remove the wooden strips and staples on the whole house floor except bathroom and kitchen. The whole project took about 2 and half weeks to finish at the right timing when I about to search for another hotel to move to. My kids and I got bitten by bed bugs, we were tired of staying in the hotel, it is a wonderful and relax feeling to stay in our own house. Remodeling is a new venue that Rick was working on, I was self employed before, I am willing to give people a chance to do what they can offer.

Rick came over to give us an estimate and upon our approval, got started quickly. My wife was 9 mos pregnant and then our baby was born. Rick and his crew worked around our schedule to make sure that fumes would not be heavy and that our 17 mo. old would not be putting his hands on wet paint. Not only did the end product look great, it was right on estimate wise and they worked with us to get it done right! Also took care of a couple of small projects (mounting dishwasher to countertops and touching up a wall at no cost)
