DIDNT SHOW UP FOR FIRST INSTALLATION (BECAUSE TILE HADNT ARRIVED), BUT NO ONE CALLED TO NOTIFY MEMBER, WHO HAD TAKEN OFF WORK.REPEATEDLY LATE OR DID NOT SHOW. LEFT MESS IN YARD WHERE THEY DUMPED CHEMICALS.
