It was a great experience from start to finish!

Now, by "exactly," I mean that I found a second-hand item that looked new, had just the right color, was refurbished, did everything I needed it to do, and fit the exact space I needed it to fit I don't know what else you could want in appliances. They delievered, and were there when they said they would be.

They came and diagnosed the problem. Since the machine was over 20 years old and due to the brand name, White Westinghouse, he stated that it would be difficult to find the parts if able to find at all. It would cost $200-$250.00 to fix it. I then said I might just want to buy a new one instead of putting this amount of money into it. He then informed me that if I choose to purchase the new washing machine at their company, I would receive 1/2 off of the service call and all I had to do was to present the service call receipt.

The company went out of their way to help me. When Roger came to replace the shattered glass he asked if I had a tarp so the glass would not go all over. He was concerned that bits of it might get into my dogs' feet. I had an old mattress cover which I was going to throw out. I got out the shop vac and no glass got on the floor. We worked together to prevent the glass from getting on the floor. I was so impressed that he was concerned about the mess and the possible harm to my dogs. Wonderful experience.

Salesman Roger was courteous and helpful. Deliveryman Bill was on time, polite, did a good job of installation. The washer's motor was bad and Bill returned the same day with a different washer. Everything seems ok now.

Roger was the person who helped me, when I bought the appliances at 909 E Weber. He scheduled them to be delivered the next day. Two young men delivered them, as arranged, one of them said he was the owners son and the other was a new worker who was in training. They were helpful and polite and did a nice job. Unfortunately, both the washer and dryer did not function properly, and it turned out that I discovered one before the other, so they had to come on 2 separate occasions to repair the washer and dryer. Both times they came out very quickly, same day or next day and performed the repairs. The repairmen who came each time were polite and respectful and promptly made the repairs. I am very satisfied with my purchases, and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchased used appliances.
