After we decided upon a design and picked out materials, appliances, etc., we had a few delays getting started due to weather and availability of both the builder and ourselves.  Once we started, demolition and construction went smoothly.  We found the workers to be professional and open to our suggestions and/or concerns.  The quality of the work was excellent and Considering that our home was disrupted for about 4 months, all of the workers went out of their way to respect our privacy.  Upon completion, we had an issue with a cabinet door that had become damaged and a new one was ordered and installed to our satisfaction.  Justin and his crew are

Demo went well

Very disappointing

The service went well. I don't think I have any complaints about the work that they did or their professionalism. They were on time. One of the things that we did like is that the entire original estimate they worked with us on just the specific things that we actually wanted them to do. They could have redone our entire porch but instead they did handful of things from the original estimate so that it was more cost effective.

They brought the kitchen down to the studs, moved some walls, installed all new appliances, all new hardwood floors. A fireplace, all brick all the way up to the ceiling. A sunroom remodel. In the basement, they did a ceiling replacement. Installed all new lighting, shelving and a storage area. Did the mantel on the fireplace. It was the whole down stairs.

They are an excellent company. Quick feedback and nice work. The pricing was average and very fair. The owner of the company is very easy to work with and he has some fabulous ideas. He is very inventive and creative. It was very timely and right on schedule. The price was reasonable.

We found Justin and his team to be incredibly professional and trustworthy. At any point where we ran into a problem where it would impact our budget, which was inevitable as our home is quite old, he went over options with us and obtained our approval for any changes. All of the contractors used by Justin are professional, courteous, and do quality work. Justin's design allowed us to get more out of our kitchen than we ever imagined and we love it.

The response was quick, and the work went very well. I liked the fact that the main contractor, Justin Collamore, actually communicated with me via email; I had a very busy schedule and did not have the time to talk to him over the phone about stuff. The price was good too. I would rate them highly, and I already have a plan of using them again.

We decided to update our 20-year old bathroom. After visiting the home shows, we interviewed five remodeling companies and each one submitted a proposal and estimate. We were most favorably impressed with Justin Collamore. His personal attention to the design and details is what mattered most. Within the concepts we had in mind, Justin was able to steer us to designs, materials, and finishes that were the most appropriate. We went on three "shopping trips" with him for final selections. We looked at dozens of vanities before settling on a custom vanity (three assembled cabinets) that works perfectly in the space. It is topped with a custom veined soapstone slab that is the centerpiece of the bathroom. Justin's workers were excellent and cleaned up every day. Keep in mind that a full re-tiling of a bathroom (floors, shower, and tub surround) is not a weekend job. Justin's price was very competitive and very fair. We highly recommend him for any construction or remodeling project that you are considering.

Quality throughout was excellent. Design work was excellent. Justin was as honest a contractor as we've ever worked with. The remodel looks better than we ever dreamed possible- we have a completely new house. Justin works well within budget and tried very hard to stay on budget. All workers were courteous and did not smoke or swear around our young children. We have this company for 4 separate projects and all of our experiences have been excellent.

We are pleased with the result, which was dictated by an architect's drawing. Being on the front of the house, we were particularly nervous. One design challenge had to do with expanding the canopy and installing Fortin-built iron posts directly on top of a brick wall. The workmanship is excellent (thank you Glenn). My husband is a perfectionist and it was comforting to know that Glenn shared that trait. Some delays occurred due to the weather, and waiting for the iron posts to be manufactured. There are a few little touch ups that Justin will get to in better weather.

Work has been professional in every way. Friends and family have warned me that construction is a nightmare and that there will be hidden costs and unexpected delays. We are now within two weeks of the earliest completion date expected and the work is still on time. Modest changes in plans have altered some costs, but nothing that I have not pre-approved. I highly recommend Collamore Webb for design and/or construction projects.
