The business appears to be a one-person operation, run by a gentleman who is easily confused and distracted.  I called him on Thursday about rekeying some new lock sets I had bought.  He was able to come out on Friday.  When he arrived, he discovered that he didn't have the right tool with him, so he took the lock sets and two house keys with him back to the shop.  When we made arrangements for him to come back a few days later, he had some difficulty in locating one of the house keys.  He did find it, brought the lock sets back, and installed a locking knob set on the basement door.  The installation process was long and drawn out, made more difficult by the fact that the hole needed to be enlarged somewhat.  He managed to get the knob set in, but I'm not convinced that the mechanism is exactly level.  He then spent more than ten minutes toting up the bill, which came to $425 -- rather more than I had expected.  It turns out that he was charging me about $65 apiece for each of the lock sets because he'd forgotten that I had supplied them.  After he left, I discovered that three of the mounting screws were missing, so I can't even install one of the deadbolts.

Overall, the experience was very good. They did a good job. They were able to get out here pretty quickly and they're a local business. I'm happy with their services.

I called in the morning and was able to get someone within 4 hours. Work was completed in less than an hour.

HE CAME WITHIN 20 MINUTES. THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED PROMPTLY. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
