There were two workers - one upstairs and one downstairs. The one downstairs was being supervised by my mother, and apparently she worked the entire time. She did a good job cleaning cabinets, refrigerator/freezer, and did a quick mop of the floor. I had hoped she would wipe down walls as requested, but perhaps did not have time. I have to mop the floor again because it was a very quick job.
I don't know what the worker upstairs was doing for 3.5 hours. The worker was unsupervised. I can see that the bathtub was cleaned, however there is still quite a bit of scum on the base. The sinks were washed, but the faucets were glossed over quickly. I can tell by the streaks that were left behind. The floor was not cleaned at all. The walls were not cleaned as requested, or so it seems because I had to go over it myself. Nothing else was done upstairs. I had asked the wood floors upstairs to be swept and mopped. I had already swept them myself, and the broom and dustpan were exactly as I had left them. They definitely were not mopped. What is most unusual is that normally one can smell the cleaning solutions that were used. If fact, two days later I can still smell the cleaning solutions used in the kitchen. However, I did not get EVEN A WHIFF of cleaning solution upstairs, so based on this and my observations, it was a slow, poor, unsupervised job.
The cleaners arrived at 9:41. I know this because my mother texted me the moment they arrived. However, the admin person (who was not on location) was adamant that they started at 9:30 and would leave at 1:00 sharp. It was a back-and-forth affair until she finally conceded that they started at 9:40. By 10:30 the admin was already telling me they would not be able to finish the items on my list, and were angling for me to give them more work. I wonder if they clean slowly so that you have to re-hire them?
To have to fight for the 10 minutes, and then to come home to a sub-standard cleaning, especially upstairs where there was not a hint of cleaning solution used, was very disappointing. I could have and should have hired someone else for this job, since I still have to redo some of the work. What a waste of money. I wish I could get a refund. This "deal" was no deal at all.
"Hi,[Member Info Removed] The deal was purchased for 7hours(3.5 hours each person). The condition that the unit was in requires at least 8 hours of work for 2 people. Just the kitchen took almost 2 hours to clean(not to mention the inside of the fridge or the cabinets). I explained to you that in a given time,we cant accomplish properly everything you requested on the list. We typically dont even do the wall not to destroy the paint,but in this case they couldnt be avoided. I told you,if you want us to properly finish everything on the list to meet the standards,well be more than glad to do that. But you said you didnt want to pay more. You pay for what you get"

She was a very good worker, very nice, and did a really nice job for us. We would definitely have her back again to do a deep cleaning!
The owner followed up a day later and asked how things went, if I was pleased,....etc. I told her I was very pleased and would definitely use them again!!

It went very well. Cleaning Force was very careful to find out exactly what I needed to have done and verify that they understood it. They also explained how they clean etc. We're out quite a way and the person cleaning was having a hard time finding the house. I was notified of this immediately which was nice and she did find us.
The cleaning was very systematic and very thorough and the women who cleaned was very pleasant. Cleaning Force then followed up at the end of the day to ensure that I had a successful experience which I did.
I was very impressed with the whole customer service experience.
