Our overall experience with him and his company was very poor. He didn't keep his timeline commitments and tended to drag his feet on estimates, updated drawings, etc. He committed to 30 days to give us an estimate and he wasn't even close to having the estimate after 30 days. Our understanding is that Kevin has re-opened his business under the name CCB LLC. Buyer should beware when dealing with this contractor, especially on the contract and timelines.
Description of Work: We were working with Kevin Clausen on a total remodel of a house. We had engaged with his business to create drawings and an estimate and eventually enter into a construction agreement. He was going to be the general contractor responsible for all aspects of the project, from start to finish.
