Most unprofessional contractor we have ever worked with. We contracted Classic Glass & Mirror for a job and half way through they backed out of the job because we voiced our concerns on the way things were being handled. I would never recommend this company as customer service is not a priority to them.

They had to order it and have it made which took a little bit of time. They were about as good as you could hope for. Cordial, friendly and did good work. They were top notch, couldn't ask for anything better.

small job for them I'm sure. Just had a piece of glass cut to protect bookcase for weight of big screen TV. Brought them a pattern and glass was cut perfectly. No sharp edges and it was the right fit.

They were extremely professional when they came out to measure & when they installed the door. The door looks beautiful & the gentleman who installed it took the time to show me how to clean it.

I was having my master bath renovated. Replacing the original shower with an all glass enclosure. Classic Glass was suggested by the contractor. I scheduled an inhouse appt for the 25th of Feb. The owner Brian arrived on time. I told him what I was interested in and he made some suggestions regarding my ideas. I called the office on the 27th of Feb and put my deposit down. Classic came on the 5th of March to set the track for the glass. Very nice installers. They returned on the 21st with the major piece of glass. I needed to wait until the the 9th of April for the glass door. All was completed at that time. Everything about the enclosure was explained even the shower guard protection for the glass with final payment. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Perfect, two nice guys came out about 2 weeks after we ordered the door and it arrived, installed the door, played with my pup, were really neat and clean, very professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Overall I am happy. It is a quality door and it was installed promptly and properly. The only problem with my experience is that they left a huge mess. Shavings and dust were everywhere. They made no attempt to clean up after the installation. I will use them again, but will make certain that they clean up.

We're thrilled with the quality of the shower, but extremely disappointed with the underestimation of the actual time it took to complete this job. We were originally told that install would take 2-1/2 weeks. Demo started 4/23/10 and install fully completed on 6/4/10, which equals 6 weeks. Not able to use shower for 5 weeks (had to use guest bath/shower). Able to use shower on 5/28/10, minus the robe hook, which was installed on 6/4/10.

The service they provided was fantastic. The gentlemen that came out was very responsive and quick in getting out here. The first time they came out the took some measurements. I had my ideas and they let me look through a portfolio of what they were able to do which gave me the option to create what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result. I would absolutely use them again if I needed them.

I visited Classic Glass and Mirror in the morning and told Theresa Taylor what I needed. She said the minimum was usually $60 but that included installation. She said for the piece I needed it would be $25. I expected to have to come back, but she said they would work on it right away. What impressed me is that the worker went out several times to look at my car to make sure what he was making would fit properly, which it does, rather than just making the piece from my pattern. I adhered it in place with Gorilla Glue and hopefully it stays in place and doesn't discolor because it looks like a brand new factory installed mirror.

Overall, the work was well done. They also gave us a good price. They did however measure one piece incorrectly, and it took two weeks to get the replacement installed. But the showers look fantastic.
