The owner Russ was the one who did the quote and was a little late but nothing too bad and was apologetic. I wasn't home for the quote but he was professional and knowledgeable according to my husband. The quote was for a higher efficiency system and cheaper than any other place we received a quote from. I had gotten a personal recommendation from a friend so I chose this company. I wasn't disappointed. Two gentleman (Eric and Jeremy) were here for about 3-4 hours and had to work in really tight quarters in the rain and wind. The space outside where the systems sits is tight between the house and a fence and they made it work. Inside I have very old narrow basement stairs. I should also mention that they scheduled my installation within days of my accepting the quote. After installing Jeremy took time to talk me through the new system, showed me how to use the new thermostat, and even chatted with me on how to fine tune the programming to fit my needs and the limitations of my old house and the outdated duct work setup. I'm extremely pleased with this company and how well of a job they did.

They are a really good company to have. If there is any problem with your heating or cooling, they are prompt and everything will be fixed.

Had them come out to look at a job, then didn't hear back. Called twice and spoke to (nice) secretary who said she have someone call, still no response.

I have used Classic Air for many years. They have installed my current furnace and air conditioner. They are always on time, very courteous and professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

Great! It was installed in December and they worked so fast that the house never got cold during the installation! Came back for a 4 month check-up and also checked the AC to make sure it was ready for the summer!

I came home to a cold house. I called Classic Air to schedule service- I chose to have them come out the next day because it was a warmer day and I didn't want to pay overtime. A technician came out first thing in the morning. He quickly determined what part our furnace needed and replaced it in about 45 minutes. I was very happy with the technician and service provided, and also purchased Classic Air's yearly maintenance package.

I received an estimate for a new furnace to replace a 19-year-old furnace (still in good shape). The estimate included prices for a 96% efficient furnace and an 80% efficient furnace. After doing some math, it became clear that I would never recover the extra cost 96% furnace, so I went with the 80%. I called back a couple of days after the estimate and scheduled installation. Two workers arrived at the appointed day and time. They installed the new unit in four hours, consistent with the estimate I had received. They hauled away the old unit and cleaned up the area nicely, then showed me how to use the new furnace. So far (a few weeks later) everything has been great.

2012 we had a Lennox Elite furnace installed into our home. The furnace is still under warranty. Yesterday we woke up to a cold house. I made a call to Classic Air. The office help was very friendly and the techs showed up within 2 hours. My beef is that I was charged a $78.00 diagnostic fee and $109 for "Pressure switch warranty, Switch NCD/Shipping, paperwork & ETC." I'm still confused as to why is my furnace still under warranty but I'm being charged for "Shipping, paperwork and ETC." I called Classic Air and she said I was charged for labor to install the part. I told her that no where does it say "labor" on my bill. I also asked why wasn't the diagnostic fee of $78.00 rolled into the replacement charge. She stated they didn't work like that. I called Lennox to ask how their warranty works. They stated that the tech replaces the faulty part and fills out the necessary paperwork showing my furnace model and S/N (indicating it is still warranted) and sends the claim to Lennox. Lennox in return, sends the repair company the money for the part that was replaced in my furnace. No where on my bill does it state "labor" but that's I'm being told I was charged for.

They did a good job when they came out for the furnace. I singed a contract so they would come out and check the air too. That time wasn't as good the technician seemed to be in a hurry.

They always do good work. They have been out 2 or 3 times. They are always friendly and professional.

We have been using them for 27 years. They charge $150 for two times a year and they also give you guarantee that if something happens to your furnace, you will be given priorities if you use them yearly. They are always prompt and they accommodate us. They are courteous and the office is courteous. They notify you half an hour beforehand, so you don’t have to hang around the house for hours.

They originally came when I had a problem with the furnace. They took care of it and then sold me the ongoing package. I took it because the units are getting old. They're still in good condition, but if I can get 10 more years out of them, I'll be happy. Their people were more classy and had more thorough knowledge of what they were doing. They were conscientious. They seemed to know what they were doing. They didn't have irresponsible attitude about things. It was reasonable. It wasn't cheap, but then you get what you pay for. The quality of service was good. The responsiveness was quite good. They had sent me a letter telling me that I hadn't made an appointment for the check up a couple of months earlier. I never got around to it and they sent me another letter. Then I finally got around to it and they were out within a week. They were very professional, very polite and well-behaved. You could be comfortable with them working in your house.

Classic Air has been a reliable provider for me over at least a 15 year time period. We are happy with the work done to put in the new furnace. Unfortunately my old gas dryer did not work several days after the install. It was 32 years old so we did not call for service but instead spent $700 on a new dryer. Upon hookup it did not work either. The installer found that the valve to the dryer gas line had not been turned back on after the furnace was replaced. It was poor timing for us after the expense of a furnace to have to replace a dryer that was actually working fine. I called the office and was told "sorry".

We have had no problems with the system! They came out quickly for the estimate and three men came out to do the work. From the estimate to the completed job was four days time. The labor took a couple of hours. They were efficient and left our home as it was. They cleaned up after themselves. They took everything! They did a very nice job with the work and the estimate was very fair. I got several estimates to compare.
