Description of Work: Took about 10 mins to do a rush check on my son's furnace, didn't do any time of cleaning as the deal stated. His filter needed to be replace, didn't even bother to look at it or tell him to replace it. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Diagnosed the AC and why it was not working. The service representative thought it was the compressor and said the repair would be $2500. We received a second opinion from another company which said it was not the compressor and fixed it for $160.
