Description of Work: He serviced my air conditioner which involved his getting onto my roof. He was personable, knowledgeable, positive, and efficient.

Description of Work: The service technician was extremely helpful, took the time to explain our whole house system (we are first time, new home buyers), and was very professional and polite. He gave us suggestions on how to better use our a/c system, and gave us information on possible upgrades without pushing anything. We will definitely call them again when we need heating and cooling services.

Description of Work: My A/C was not working properly so I called Swiss Air after purchasing deal from Angie's list for $59 Diagnostic call. I had used them before and new they were expensive but they did solve my problem. This time they did not do a complete diagnostic. They hooked up meters to freon and said it was low which is was. They did not however do a complete inspection of my A coil. They just opened a corner and said see its rusty and probably leaking. Options $380 add two lbs of freon. $2000 for new A coil -- bad idea according to them and I agree. What they really wanted to do was sell me a new system or at least that was my impression. I called another company who said they would charge half as much for the freon as Swiss Air. They also said that the A coil was rusty but not that bad. It was dirty however and they found some insulation on my coils. All of this was causing a lot of my issues. Swiss Air never even examined A coil other than opening a corner up on my duct. They also mark their parts way up. Maybe as much as 7 times. Bottom line I dont think they did a complete and thorough job.
